already stuck with a candle/white paper from 2nd floor. anyone else playing?

Used the paper ("candle") on that red thing on 2nd floor to get a number - but where to use?
Put the paper on the red thing for a code. I'm stuck with a screwdriver which you can use on the second floor

Ah - used number on first floor on yellow thing and got a green fuse (?)
Used fuse on tool box to get SD

those things that look like fuses are handles for the tool box and first aid kits.

I can use the SD on 2nd floor, but don't know what for...I can only see different scales
I'm where you are Casual. You can also press the red buttons on the third floor, I'm sure it correlates, but can't figure it out
put the white paper on the "treadmill" looking item on the 2nd floor.. you get a number to use on the 1st floor box under the 1st aid kit
hmm, I filled the tank on the left (2nd floor), but nothing seems to happen...
POP! after that, go back to 1st floor and press yellow button
got the tubes, got the Screws right have now the up arrow in second floor and those 3 round thins lit on 3rd floor on the left - what are the 3 codes?
have not lit those 2 bulps on the panel - where is the clue for that?

Casual, how did you fill the tank?
on floor 1 push yellow and red buttons above first aid box. then push middle of panel on other side of room
use the SD on the 2nd floor and it fills up the meter on the left side... make it match the pic you got from the 1st aid kit
@miles1: use SD on right side panel on 2nd floor. one of the upper "screws" filled the tank

@swiss... the buttons on the right.. you have to hit only 2... it will light up the color and numbers to have to add to the area on the left... i can do a spoiler if you want
3rd floor right side panel? is there a clue somewhere?
gotta go, will finish later
once you open first aid kit and get clue you have to use nut driver to fill tank to level of clue. Pain in the neck, have to keep putting tool down to change views from tank back to nuts. but finally all 3 lights light up and you can go get #clue from red button panel.

Okay.. for the 3rd floor button options:
Number the buttons 1-4 going down
buttons 1 and 4 in first row
buttons 1 and 3 in second row
buttons 2 and 3 in third row

if anyone here ...what to do with that sd ? i opened screw & one of the screen turn blue ....
raasti , the screws are for adjusting the colors in the tank .. note that each screw changes the colors in the tank differently .. u have to keep trying so to match the ones on paper !

ok well I'm stuck with a screwdriver..... where is the handle for the first aid box?
terrible clues and comments they jump from getting screwdriver to matching paper out of first aid box, but no clue about how to find handle for the first aid box?????????
finally out.... for those that get stuck after the screwdriver -
On 2nd floor use screwdriver on the black panel on the right, top row, 3rd screw across to fill up panel on left
go back down to 1st floor, push red & yellow buttons on the right above first aid box, the push green button in circle on left, this will give you yellow handle for the first aid box.
im stuck with a screw driver and have no paper so can some one do a walk through please
