I agree with you, E-Addict : I suppose that we can't finish the game because of a stupid language barrier.

The symbol under the table looks like the katakana for the syllable "mo".
The text on the box says "全角カタカナ入カ", which apparently has something to do with full width katakana, as opposed to the half width. Not sure what the last two symbols stand for, since I'm not familiar with the word. Perhaps you can make some sense of it.
And one of the things from the box looks like the symbol for "ko", but could be unrelated. No idea what to do with any of that, so looks like a language barrier end for me, too.
But the puppy IS cute.
Feels like spamming with so many messages in a row, but I noticed that the final two symbols are actually japanese for "entry" or "input", so it's basically telling you to enter full width katakana I guess.
Not that it helps any, since entering "mo" doesn't work either. Katakana or spelled out, that is. Neither does moko, komo, or any such~

Thanks to the clues provided by ilsia, figured out how to find the password for the box:
1. Yes, "mo" and "ko" is part of the answer, plus there is another kana which will be used. Notice the colors for each kana.
2. Combine the clues with one thing inside the room which shows the order of said colors.
3. Password contains FOUR characters in total.

the hint is color ribbons of chickens
red is frame of safe on right wall ロ
green is toy in box コ
yellow under the table モ
so the code is ロコモコ

@ jednorogini. Technically, you may not need to know Japanese, but if you don't you wouldn't even notice those shapes much less know to enter them on the box.
Can't understand japanese...got all except last code for the box and have got bored trying colours, first letters of colours etc etc. Going to try some other game now.
