starnge navigation ..& that green arrow getting on my nerves & hav nothing so far
no one ??....i cant do anything in game ....
I have drained the water - but this seems a lenghty game - I have to continue later
Hint - go through door, downstairs, look at the hint on wall - then use it on l/r-knobs to drain the water - then go upstairs again

i found the knobs but where is hint i cant find it ..

you have to find the door which leads downstairs - then go around the pool and look at the walls - there is like a long rod with spikes going left and right - thats the order for the knobs

oh god now i cant find the way to go upstairs ..my direction sense are really poor :(

hi, raasti and swissmiss,
how can i go upstairs? the door is locked...the other room is also not working....window is closed...
i drained the water...
slight improvement...go to the another room in upstairs...zoom the window...look upwards and pull the switch...come back to water...pull the lever to pour water to go the previous upstairs room...
then zoom the other part of the window...look up...pull the handle and then click another lever inside from left to right...
now come back to the 2nd upstairs room...zoom the window...look up...pull down the ladder to go in the ventilation passage...see the upwards blocks...come back...
i pushed the switches as per order...but nothing is happened...why? hmm...

After put the switches in grid, there should be a bridge across the water. Go back to first room.
ohho...the order was not correct...see the symbol above the l/r clue and the buttons'right side...perhaps upper part is not buttons' upper part...
after pushing the buttons a bridge is made...go to the 1st upstairs room (don't forget to push water button while you want to change the rooms)...got a tool like spanner...used it on the + signed button below window...
wow...finally finished alone....
you can't take the golden medal as the bridge will disappear...after the spanner is used go to the 2nd room...zoom window and then look down...the handle is a drawer...take the iron medal...replace it with the golden from the 1st room...come back to the 2nd room...use the medal...a passage will open...congrats...your are out...

I think it's tilted to the right or left.
I'm pretty sure that you can't just take the pattern off what you see in the ventilation passage but have to rotate it by a 90-,180- or 270-degree angle.

It's tilted to the right, as if the symbol on that side is you looking at it. So the solution is

This is especially cumbersome as there is NO NOISE at all that tells you you've done it right. So it will otherwise be a lot of effort (water up, water down, water up...)
I can't get the bridge to work.
I saw the clue for the grid but it doesn't seem to be doing anything for me. I got:

HEY! If the bridge is correctly built up, you will get an INK-BLUE background behind the level that lowers/raises the water.

Ok I didn't refresh before posting but anyway, the grid spoiler given by just1 doesn't do anything for me, is there something else to do after doing the grid in order to have the bridge?
Is there anything else to do to the lever up the cross? like deactivating it or something?
I took the spanner, used it on the cross .. lost my spanner and now, I can't take the piece I need in the other room .... pfff ...

ZA it should work - you have to go forward, then look down to open the drawer

ok got it ..you hav to do all process again drain water GO to window viem ,,click down arrow ..open drawer with handle ..take the that piece ..place it in exchange of gold piece
out ..but without that water thing game would be much better
