Has anyone opened the oven? I thought the clue would be the dates on the wall, I tried earliest to latest and other way around, but nothing. I have 3 keys and knife left

One coin is from chewing gum machine, hint are the records on the wall.

I need help with the order of the buttons on the oven. 543162 doesn't work for me. Also the explanation on how to figure it out would be appreciated.
