    TAKE BLACK SQUARE WITH DOTS ON IT, PUT ON LAMP SHELF. THEN POUR RAINBOW KOOL-AID ON SHELF. SHINES DOWN TO BOTTOM SHELF & SHOWS COLORS.

    I think the problem of not finding the South clue was an error in the game - there were 2 clues for East! The word "East" and the "E" in the square should have been an "S".
