Stuck with 6 wheels in engine room (bottom) where is the hint please?

Just turn the wheels so that the knobs are in the top position. Press Start and then it's to be continued. As if I'd care. Lame game.

Stuck in front of control room panel. can't get out. Started over. Same problem. Game sucks. Outta here.
