ReplyDeletelooks like every one has gone,oh well will check later to see if any further progress
ReplyDelete@GuruOne Just because I was a bit bored, I tried to hack into the code...
ReplyDeletebut HEH ... this is mochicrypt'ed stuff...bytewise encrypted it looks (xor 0xFF'ed crap...)

ReplyDeleteheh heh... Do u speak Chinese? LOL
for second puzzle... 5 1 2 7 8 9 .opened the first drawer.hi everyone!
ReplyDelete@GuruOne
ReplyDeleteNO!!
But I speak AIR, that was enough.
http://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?t=538987&sid=444fa1744dccb0e3e5194d5df68a8b87
Needs Adobe AIR, but I found the .deb package of 2.6, so that was no problem. (Hint: drag'ndrop seems to malfunction on Linux; gladly this is a good programmer who thought about rightclick->Browse !!)
This decrypts it, then pass it thru FLARE. Worked a treat. hoh hoh
noone here??
ReplyDeleteguess no...too frustrated lol
ReplyDeleteThat next one looks simpler... Just follow the symbols based on the arrows, maybe
ReplyDeleteMe gave up ages ago.......... LOLOL
Me know cheatengine, but me never heard of Flare, how does that help?
ReplyDeleteNevermind, I had seen that ages ago, but it's only for oldie Flash, rite?
ReplyDelete@Guru
ReplyDeleteFlare will turn that SWF stuff into human-readable code
http://www.nowrap.de/flare.html
Remmeber, MochiDecrypt'ed code is still SWF and a load of binary glyphs :)
... however, you MUST treat this thru MochiDecrypt first, otherwise you will end up with human-readable code, but lots of byte arrays (reminds me of pagesful of DATA lines in BASIC listings back in home computer days. Gee, what an old git I am.
ReplyDeletetoo frustated to give up!lol!there must be a solution.arrows don't match..
ReplyDeleteby the way..i'm new here.please help!how do i change my name????
ReplyDeleteNot as old as moi...... I've been hacking games since the Vic20/C64 dayz........ LOL
ReplyDeletehello. how are the images of the dice? thanks
ReplyDeleteYa need to look at ze symbols, start from left then check orientation to next symbol to get yer starting point. From there should be easy, but painful to follow the arrows to the soln' symbol... It's just a remapping thingy
ReplyDeleteI will post ze solution if ya die trying... LOL
re: ze Name, just login with a decent provider, like Google, or summin :)
@Guru C64? I had one of these in '86. We're about the same age then. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd have you ever been in any "renowned" scene groups then? Guess I know most of them...
Last question, did you live thru Amiga days too or skipped 'em?
No scenes.... I'm the SOLO man :P haha
ReplyDeleteI did follow them closely tho'.... Loved those demos..... Was bigtime into Computer Music, even tho' they sounded like shit...... SID chip, baby..... LOL
Amiga was my machine... F ATARI.... haha
Had that sucka for quite a while, then was kinda forced into the PC era....... I HATE x86/64 INTEL GARBAGE DUMP BACKWARD ASS INSTRUCTION SET CHIPSSSSSSSSSSSS... F THEM..... Motorola had it DOWN... too bad
I could go on........ LOL
I have been trying to figure out the cube puzzle for what feels like hours. :( I keep thinking I've got it, but .... Geometry and spacial relations are obviously not my strong suit lol. It doesnt seem like it should be so hard!
ReplyDelete@Guru Ah I see! My question because spome skipped directly to PC, since they just called the Amiga a "bad copycat" of the C64. One thing is true: they could never transmit the SID's charme with its nice noisy sawtooth sounds and cheap tri' waveforms...never ever.
ReplyDeletePity, thought that you maybe could have written AND published some of your ancient work, like said demos or so.
They asked me often: man, why don't YOU make music? You got talent. - Because I couldn't afford the stuff, that's why. Feckin expensive it was, let alone an ext drive. And I was too much musical-note-oriented to compose music with Noisetracker by assembling C1 + duration XY.
haha we are similar.... ie. POOR/CHEAP asses.... LOL
ReplyDeleteI was ALWAYS trying to get shitty computers to sound like REAL/NATURAL instruments back in the day....
Kept, waitin and waitin and trying again and again for improvements in the technology.... BUT, it really never happened.... We are only just gettin kinda close now, regarding emulation
In the meantime, real life takes over.... O well
Then again, the Stones are still goin', rite?.......... ROFLMAO
@Guru: Yeah, nuff said.
ReplyDeleteWould love to catch you on IRC sometime, if you ever used that ??
re:Coding/Hacking, I was kinda selfish, did it just for moi, and the learnin'
ReplyDeleteStarted VERY young, was into electronics as soon as I could pull a thing apart.... LOL
I also am a programmer, or WAS....h ehe.... so I do have some morals, and ain't into destroying anyone's career/biz.....
Having said that, PIRACY 4eva man...... Socialism for ze WEB....... 0/1s ain't worth shit...... SOUL is priceless....... LOL........ ommmmmmmmmmmmmmm
re: IRC
ReplyDeleteI've quit all social media B/S recently....... I shouldn't even be typing this....... LOLOLOL
Real world > 0/1s..... always remember
If you are super keen, you can google for my crappy music, but u won't find it probably.... I wiped most of my sites..... had WAY too many.,..... hahaha
ReplyDeleteCheers
Rich (aka Guru#1)
Nice to meet you Rich ;)
ReplyDelete(I'd listen to 'Andy' too, if the mood is right ;P)
@rest of the world
ReplyDeleteALRIGHTEY!
I will help you with the code, but please note I HACKED it and still don't get a freaking shit of the 'clue'.
However, since my "colleague" Guru can't be arsed to spoil it all away, I will do something in-between.
That is, I will create a simpler puzzle out of a near-unsolvable one. (because the clue is so crappy)
The following is an ORIGINAL UNMODIFIED line from the program code that helps you to get the key from the "machine":
if (fita1._currentframe == 15
&&
fita2._currentframe == 5
&&
fita3._currentframe == 10
&&
fita4._currentframe == 20
&&
fita5._currentframe == 25
&& fita6._currentframe == 1
&& _root.lastpuzzle != true) {
abachave.play();
_root.lastpuzzle = true;
}
--
Don't worry, you *CAN* solve this without ever having programmed one line of code!
I will help some more:
- Think ELEMENTARY SCHOOL math:
** Divisor! **
- Those numbers look a bit alike, don't they? (Well, with one exception perhaps)
- Think about how you input these numbers and how they can be in relation to these mystery "numbers" :)
(yuch ... should read 'input these SYMBOLS' sry)
ReplyDeletelol....didn't understand a single thing..
ReplyDeleteI don't understand a thing.
ReplyDeleteHow is the solution for the code to get the key?
We need the key to go on.
Alright ... here's the second one...
ReplyDeleteAnd the '82' says you're a young woman, not a kid (the internet is so crazy, you usually never know whether you're talking to an 11 year-old kid or a grown-up person)

I was trying to put in one more obstacle, but seems I failed. Now then...
The numbers I ripped from the program code are CLICKS multiplied by 5. It's not by me, but by the original programmer.
So you get
15 / 5 = 3 mouse clicks (1st tile)
5 / 5 = 1 click (2nd)
10 / 5 = 2 clicks (3rd)
20 / 5 = 4 clicks (4th)
25 / 5 = 5 clicks (5th)
1 / 5 = 0 [remainder 4, discard that!] NO CLICK
* PLING *
open sesame
@arbeitslooser: Yes I'm a young woman born on 11.12.82.
ReplyDeletethx to your help I#m out now.
the code makes no sense at all.anyway...finally out. thank you arbeitslooser!
ReplyDelete=)
ReplyDelete@animegirl82 in case you wondered...well I was probably a bit unclear it should read, if a kid doesn't get my clue, that's fine (since there's a plethora of games MADE for kids, so why mess with these?) but if a person far beyond 20 gets confused by it as well, then the mistake is on my side, ;))
lol
The green cubes puzzle shows a type of callendar you have 2 numbered cubes to change the day of the month, so, from 01 to 31. As paper shows, in one cube you have the numbers 0,1,2,3,4,6. What numbers you need for the other cube, to be able to make all numbers from 01 to 31?
ReplyDeleteYou need another 1 to make 11, another 2 to make 22 and 7, 8, 9.
I am far beyond 20 and was confused .... Of course, people begin losing IQ points at the age of 35 , so maybe you still did not make a mistake, arbeitslooser :D
ReplyDeleteMy brain hurts.
@arbeitslooser: I was only in all-day schools and special schools. There was no algebra or Matrixxberechnung or what in ordinary schools in math turn comes. In addition I do not continue to secondary school after school am. Therefore, I do not know how you calculate it.
ReplyDeleteThe solution is to date 7 9 2013 we put in the first figures on the right machine
ReplyDeleteDice solution is 512789
Solution symbols box below on the left is 312450
Missed number 5 in my previous post!
ReplyDeleteYeah, not everyone is born an Einstein or a Mr. Gauss, are they :)
ReplyDelete@Crows
people begin losing IQ points at the age of 35
Great, now you're starting to get me stuck between a rock and a hard place :)))
I was not planning to comment any further to this (we're far too off-topic already), but fair enough ... Personally, I think the ability of people able to solve these (still easy) things will have been halved by 2020. See, what do you do to kids' brains by feeding them with SpongeBob junk ?? This will make the so-called young generation become dumber and dumber.
Remember what GuruOne said ... he starting fiddling with electronics as a young boy (read: ME TOO).
Who'd do that now? Young ones rather tend to be too lazy to do it the practical way anymore ("Too expensive anyhow, Also, I want it for free!") but claim to understand electronics by reading Wikipedia articles about it and that's it!
however you CAN ONLY understand a TTL circuit when you've EVER multimeter'ed its output and say, ah, now I know why X is transformed to Y !
Not by reading books.
"Last Escape", well, we can only hope.
ReplyDeleteThis site is great! Even when the game is crap you can count on the comments to tweak your brain...LOLorama!
ReplyDeleteanybody have the walkthrough?
