for the piano clue: look at both papers and press keys from paper with phone#
have to start over -- once you put a number in there's no way to clear it

You don't haave to start all over if you put in the wrong numbers. Just press **** and you can use the buttons again.

Zazie: did you get the pink paper from the pharmacy? It gives the clue for the piano.
@Zazie: if the star key is #1, press keys in this order: 4,2,12,6,9
Yes i have got both papers, i tried the notes several times, but i must do something wrong, doesn´t work.

Make sure to speak to people a lot. There are things that need combining (slice of pizza and pills) and things that need to be done in a specific sequence to make the next thing happen.

Get the key on the right side books in the client's office then go back and speak to the girl at the office. She should ask for pizza, That will get the next stage rolling

I cracked the piano code but can't get up the ladder. No hotspots and don't know what else to do. Still have red #2 key and need flashlight.
I went up the ladder and found safe, but it's alarm protected and I don't know how to get to safe now...

I just clicked on the ladder and went up.
Elora- there was a broken mirror in the trash bin at the pharmacy. Use that on laser to get to safe.
Oh, piece of mirror helps with alarm

I restarted the game and now I can climb up the ladder.
Guess it was a bug in the game.
aah, right at the very top of the ladder, there is a yellow arrow, Maybe your screen is a bit to up?
