Hmmm I seem to need key to wind up skater girl???

I think key was from top cabinet.

You have to find and use hat to get key.

Easy peasy after that but why the dots on the open door?

Don't leave yet. Use the dots and put them in the # cabinet. (You close the door first and can put in numbers again.) You'll get something special for perfect end.

Got perfect end , I feel so smart tonight lol count snowflakes on the door for perfect end

I tried that but mustve counted wrong LOL sad droppers....

EGDAWT (Every Game Deserves a WalkThrough)
First scene
-3 circles
-door
-flowers

Go right
-Locked safe
-3 number safe
-Left-Right buttons safe

Go right
-Snowman with color buttons
-off-on slot
-2 igloos

Go right
-Window which opens

SOLUTION
In 2nd scene, find santa hat and ice skater behind safes
Put hat on snowman for key
Key opens lock for windup key and green snowflake
Put windup key on skater (use about item) and turn a few times
Put skater on shiny "rug" under window for 3 digit number
Use on 3-number safe for pink snowflake

Look at red flowers to find a lever
Place in on/off slot and click for left-right clue from igloos
Use on left-right safe for blue snowflake

Place snowflakes next to door per snowman
(exit for success ending)
Count dots on open door
Enter in 3-number safe -- note color dots below -- for gold snowflake
Exit for Perfect ending

Perfect end with no help.
