Anyone else? Going in
ReplyDeleteI'm there too.
ReplyDeleteEach of the four wall pictures have a combination of 2 colors that are different from the three others. I tried those colors on the 4-red buttons cabinet but it didn't work.
I also counted the number of books for each colors to get the 4-digit code and it didn't work either.
Ok the 3 arrows on the wall worked to open the 3-dials cabinet.
ReplyDeleteSP3O7IL4ER
books are for 4 digit code think roman numerals
ReplyDeleteI must be too tired, can't make heads or tails of the clues
ReplyDeleteGot a "Funnypad" from the 3-dials cabinet. There are 5 levels on it that I can't move.
ReplyDeleteCan't find any clue for those letters either.
I wonder if those books don't form any letters or roman numerals...
So well, I'm stuck.
How did you open the dial cb?
ReplyDeleteoh, nm, I AM sleepy lol
ReplyDeletePhilomena there are 3 arrows on different walls look at them and where they are at on the wall.
ReplyDeleteOk for the roman numerals, but I can't read that hint. Is that anything like IV VI IV III? It doesn't seem to be quite right and anywa, it doesn't work on the cabinet.
ReplyDeleteI see on books some numbers that could show which books to use for which number, but it still doesn't work. I see V IV II II.
ReplyDeleteCould anyone share a spoiler, please? My patience is very short tonight...
for books, yellow is II, blue is VI....
ReplyDeleteZoom in on the books and look at the books of the same color only to form Roman numerals.
ReplyDeleteI'm stuck on the R/L button cabinet. I have the clue or most of it anyway...
red is III, green is VII
ReplyDeleteOooooh thanks Claudia, now it seems obvious! I guess I'm quite sleepy too!
ReplyDeletestuck with fun pad and template
ReplyDeleteany hint for letters???
ReplyDeleteokay, opened four button cb and a flag popped out and was no help at all
ReplyDeleteOk so from the 4-digit cabinet, got a white chip and a gray plaque with wholes and a clue in it.
ReplyDeleteUsed the plaque in the view of the 4 wall paintings (not viewing the levels hint, but the other side of the plaque) and got the color hint for the 4 color buttons on the other cabinet. Got a... music and a flag!?!
I don't get the clue on the fun pad, clue for setting lever is on template
ReplyDeleteput the metal thing up against the four colored square boxes for funpad clue and turn it over for four button cb
ReplyDeleteMy funpad isn't working -- nothing moves
grey button is battery for fun pad, click the left side
ReplyDeletewhite button is battery for pad
ReplyDeleteMe neither.
ReplyDeleteFunpad's levers still not moving.
Missing a hint for the letters cabinet.
Missing a hint for the two-buttons safe.
Can't zoom on the white chip, and can't use it anywhere.
The flag doesn't do anything.
For the letters, think symmetry...
ReplyDeleteClick the left side of the funpad (it may have to be closed) and a drawer will pop open. Place the silver disc (battery) in there.
once you set the levers you get a cryptic clue:
ReplyDeleteA=A
B does not equal B
click on the left side of the fun pad and a place for the battery will pop out, some where around the middle
ReplyDeleteThanks Philomena!
ReplyDeleteGot a new hint from Funpad:
A equals A but B doesn't equals B.
Ok so... B equals what? Z?
A is symmetrical when you draw a line down the middle. B is not.
ReplyDeleteYes I see. So simply go from H and I and then M... to get all the letters that are symmetrical.
ReplyDeleteGot another hint for the levers, used it on the Funpad and got a hint for the left-right buttons.
O = R
R = L
E = R
well, I guess that's our right-left clue but what are the E O and R?
ReplyDeleteSpoiler for letters, motuv.
ReplyDeleteDont understand the next clue after putting new lever hint in. O = R, R = L, E = R.
So I guess we need to spell a word and we will get from that word the left-right soluce... Perhaps the word is Brazil (that's the Brazilian flag, is it?) but I don't see how to apply the hint to that!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if we have to unfurl the flag? The clue shows a blue sphere and a downward arcing line. OLE? LEO? LOL?
ReplyDeletethat flag isn't moving
ReplyDeleteORDEM & PROGRESSO
ReplyDeleteThat's what is written on the Brazilian flag.
For those who may wonder: I just googled it!
ReplyDeleteTried that, Valerie and it doesn't work. We must be missing something
ReplyDeleteTried to consider only the O, R and E letters from those words, and got RLRLRLRR but it didn't work.
ReplyDeleteoh, it works I was missing an E
ReplyDeleteTried that too, Valerie. Good idea, though.
ReplyDeleteout, but still here
ReplyDeleteIt's not an ampersand it's an E
ReplyDeletePop! The & counts as an E...
ReplyDeleteORDEM E PROGRESSO
ReplyDeleteORDEM E PROGRESSO
ReplyDeleteOREROREO RLRLRLRR But not working for me.
ReplyDeleteYay, I'm out!
ReplyDeleteGood night! :-)
OH, heh, Thank yo Marie!!! And Philomena!
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone. Would not have guessed that was the Brazilian flag in a million years, let alone the motto on it!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much everyone. Would NEVER in a million years have got that on my own. Out now too.
ReplyDeleteThat was a quick one good puzzles except that flag .
ReplyDeleteSzarra, now that's a remarkable word from your mouth. :)
ReplyDeleteSince it has normally been YOU to help us out of our misery with most peculiar logical and other (e. g. math) problems :)
But, come to think of it, even Einstein had his bad day now and then :P

ReplyDeleteThanks everyone - would never have got the symmetry clue or the flag. Didn't know what flag it was and certainly didn't know the motto on it!
ReplyDeleteHINT for Brazilian flag:
ReplyDeleteTRANSFORM the stuff first!!
make "ordem e progresso"
into "or_e_ e _ro_re__o"
("clearing" out all "useless" (i.e. non-functional) consonants)
and THEN "translate" the letters!
Otherwise you might get totally confused.
BTW, you know what the difference between an average and a good, very good or excellent game maker is? :)
ReplyDelete- An average game-maker will give you a hint (the flag poppin' out) and expect you to know that you will have to consult Wikipedia et. al. to find the solution.
- A good, very good or excellent game-maker will let you unfold the flag, then let you find a magnifying glass with which you can reveal the small print under the national symbol.
Result: better rating, since people usually hate having to consult external sources to obtain a solution.
Anyone here? I don't see any clue for the 4 color box that gives the flag...people just said they got...and not how...anyone?
ReplyDeletePOP! Now....the metal plate fits...I know I tried it before...I love POP! LOL
ReplyDeleteGreat hints!! TY @ all of you!!! :)

ReplyDeletewell was doing fine until the flag thing....so looked at everyones hints and well, guess i am really dumb today but those don't help. how does that do the rl thing?

ReplyDeletebrin3m,
ReplyDeleteyou missed an E (= & = and = e in Portuguese).
Hi all!
ReplyDelete@DESIREE - "Ordem e Progresso" is written in green not in blue.
