I guess we use ladder and flashlight down the hole that will open when we solve the picture - but no clue - did we miss something???

anyone see if there is a perfect end? I got out and was just the end
fish food used to move the frog or something - right at the start.
Happy End - without a ring
Strange, I played again and this time I could feed the fish, but the rest of the game was identical.
Out too with ring...
that was weird - used pick axe on star rock - made cracks - went back upstairs - came back - rock intact and pick axe not working again.
do I have to restart???
Happy end, don't take the ring and you fly out with the bird to a prince
not sure what to do for other end??
I played the start scene a third time, indeed the butterfly could not be tied to the leaf until I fed the fish. Must have overlooked that.
I m going back for a perfect end, too :)

I got " the end", " happy end " was there a "perfect end"?
Can anyone please explain how to end this game ??? Like LNS, I made cracks on the door downstairs, but the cracks have disappeared...
wow! four stars for something nobody knows how to finish or what the heck is going on? How does this grading system work?
well, I can't seem to find away out. pickaxe isn't working on star door
pdgph - follow the hint - the colors go in a "W" order according to the hint above the colored stars:

Look above the door and it shows you the pattern of a W above a shape of a flower. Go back upstairs and look at the picture of the flowers and follow the pattern. The pattern is the order to hit the corresponding colored stars.

It seems the happy end is when you don't take the ring from the guy at the bottom of the ladder! I would think she would be happier WITH the ring!! I know I would...

the clue for the painting does not work for me!!!! Do I have to press blue, red, y.., y.., b.. on the tulips? I pressed also on the angles on the corners of the painting according to the hint downstairs...but NOTHING! Help!!!
and maybe I need a pickaxe that I can't find..

I just don't feel that his is on a par with the clocks or with Detarou. Maybe the amount of input is irrelevant or maybe random is the new cool.
no @ Andrea there is drain hole in floor open it with crowbar & go down to see hint to knock down pic ..
& there is also 1 left scene where you can find pickaxe ..
I have already opened the drain hole and already seen the hints on the wall, but it does not seem to work on the painting

no, raasti, this is what i cannot do.. I am pressing the tulips according to the hint (the zig-zag one) which means blue, red, yellow, yellow, blue.
then I tried the corners hint from the first room downstairs.. and it does not work. What am I doing wrong?!

I finally made it, I was doing right, just had to press a little more to the left.... no comment
thank you guys, the problem is that I did not understand if I had to follow the tulip hint in the second room downstairs or the corners one in the first room downstairs... Anyhow, out now!
I can't open the door in the tree - can anyone help ? used the key & then nothing happens & I'm stuck
@Als, for me it works, just click under the stone to find a key
in inventory select key and click on the door
click 2x in the door
