Let's escape this!

who's with me?

Am I second?

Hi! I am. This looks good. I hope I won't get lost though... :)

I have a circular object off the back of a door....

put the circular object in the floor in the first room, then open the hatch with the star on it and this gives clue for the puzzle in the yellow room (behind the door with the symbol on it)

Actualy not too many places to go. Need two clues so far. Have none. :( Any progress somebody?

click the grid in the right order you find stair up - pick up gas cylinder on floor and see another hint

Thank you Soozn... Good find.

clue for red buttons - turn around at top of staircase that appears when you pull lever (also look down and get oxygen tank)

When you click the symbols at the end of the yellow room, pull the lever, turn round, go up stairs get oxygen bottle off floor. Turn round to see clue for the 8 buttons down the end of the corridor. Go back to lever, pull up and go out door to room at end of corridor. Use clues pull lever and see steps come up in yellow room below. Go back to yellow room and go up steps

openes another set of stairs - but now staring at japanese :(

soozn - exactly where you are but I have now a language problem

Oh fiddlesticks, looks like we need to remember now what buttons we pressed for the first clue!

Got a "Congratulations A" and an option for another route. Is there more than one ending or just a previous game?

Damn, had to reverse everything so I could see the symbols in the right order! @ SwissMss - so far I've ignored the japanese. Just turned right and down the stairs. Now done the symbols in the order I clicked them when they were in grid and it has done something to the other side...of to look

peggy where did you find the hint for the upstairs puzzle - after the japanese sign board?

Oh cool.Another corridor to go down...and out. That's it. Quite nice game. Loved the graphics. I would have liked it to be longer lol. I guess there will be another part!

Does it have more exits? I've found only one

I dont start again to make a not of those grid symbols :(

Wait...it said there was another route...clicked that and back in the game, but can't find another route...anyone got any clues???

SwissMiss, I'm not ignoring you, I just figure you'll have escaped by the time I get this typed in.

...and what did we need the oxygen bottle for

@Peggy these games usually have only one ending, but 2 ways to get there

SwissMiss, just go back to the switch to reverse the stairs and then return to the grid.

Soozn, I was wondering the same thing. I don't remember needing the oxygen.

Lol Peggy, I felt lazy, but then I did it - out too without using the oxygen!

The different route was from the panel with the 4-point star. I clicked on it and it opened to reveal a red button. Press that and run up the circular corridor and the brick wall is a doorway. I got a "Congratulations B" this time.

@SwissMiss you don't have to start again, just go pull the lever, look at the symbols, write them down this time (!), then pull lever again, go back - well I guess it's almost like restarting

Oh well, I'm off to make dinner. Will see if anyone later figures out an alternate route and/or gets another ending other than (A)...and uses the oxygen!

And I still didn't use the oxygen...

oops, lazy refresh

awesome Peggy! I'll have a go at that one :-)

Got ending A, unused oxygen bottle. There was that locked, handle-less door in the 2nd room (up the spiral corridor) so I think that must be the 2nd ending, but how to get that?

There has to be one more ending, where the outline of the door in the first room (with the star hatch and the other door are) opens. I wonder what that one is.

@Andrea. Peggy figured that one out. Open the star hatch again and press the button. It opens the handle-less door up the spiral corridor. Something must open the other handle-less door, and I can't figure that one

Soozn, I've been trying different combinations of switches and haven't been able to get the lower brick door to open.

Ah, thanks Soozn & Peggy!
Which other handle-less door are you talking about?

no nor me, tried all sorts of things...and I MUST get cooking tea LOL. I'll have to leave it to you!

Andrea, the one in the first vestible room, if you turn round there is another handle-less door

I got 2 endings but didn't use oxygen too.

After 1st end check again safe where was clue for sqare buttons

The door we came in when we started the game?

The other handle-less door is where we first walked in.

I think maybe you need the tank with you to take the 2nd route but I'd have to play through again, and not pick up the tank, to find out

Hmm I must find this mysterious tank LOL

BTW in the japanese on end screen I sse only A ans B so maybe only 2 endings... (I have ending A and that is hilighted yellow...)

it would be strange then, cause I had A and B even when I didn't take oxygen

But I also see that symbol order is reverse upsidedown on the japanese pic upstairs so will try it in reverse

No work but trying opening and closing things now LOL

I keep thinking that there must be a way to open the door in the first vestible! I will keep checking back to see if anyone cracks it :-)

and out.
does anyone need help?

Just the quality we've come to expect from this series. Thorough fun - sadly unexpectedly short for the series. The earlier installments were much longer.

Still, there's nothing really not to like here - even the "trademark" bit clumsy navigation isn't a huge problem.

bio

Soozn,
I got out without ever opening the closed door in the upper level chamber. But, as I "got out", the congratulatory screen offered me "another route" - so, there might be more than one way of beating the game?

bio

As another "trademark" for this series, it's the very first step that's hard to find. Once you do that, i's quite straightforward and easy.

A hint for that first step: in escape games, it's usually opening doors that solves the problems. Here, its actually CLOSING a certain door that will solve the first problem ;)

bio

Hmmm... I realized that I never used the oxygen canister I collected en route - so, I hit the "another route" button at the end - and it threw me back a few steps, not to the beginning of the game...

so, there may be more than what I've found so far in this game?

bio

OK, got route "B", too.

bio

jednorogini82,
I'm where you are: got A and b endings, sitll got the oxygen canister unused.

Maybe there's a route C? Or maybe we'll need the canister in the next installment? (I doubt that, because you can beat this game without ever collecting the canister, it seems...)

bio

I hope we don't have to understand that Japanese message to find route C...

bio

im stuck at the Japanese board ? any clue ...

also that flashing green arrow making me dizzi ..

after reading bio i think im at same place where he is ..

raasti ;)

I just started the game and I'm already stucked between the room with that thing on the floor and the other, with lava. Can't find THAT thing to put it in the floor mold.

its behind the door ..open the door to go inside then close door to get its back view ...

The annoying arrows were just too much for me....lol
I could NOT find a way to close the door..and the navigation way too wonky...I think I liked the previous ones, guess I'm not in the right mood for this today!

nokra....when facing the door while it's open, click on the door handle, that closes it, then you can turn around for the backside view of the door...hope that helps

This was ... SIMPLY SUPERB.

Short but very well thought-out.

Alright, here's a "spoiler" for those who do not want to do things backwards again...

1 2 3
4 5 6
7 8 9

(phone keypad)

.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
2 - 5 - 3 - 4 - 9 - 6 - 1 - 8 - 7

Should also make it easier to know the kind of symbols (which are a nightmare to describe)

Anyone found a third solution? Or any use for the oxygen canister?

bio

Am I playing the same game as everyone else? I can't find any circular object off the back of any door..

omg! i don't know how many times i tried to look behind the first door but it finally closed and i got the object! yeah!

got out 2 different ways, but never using the oxygen...

@thrynn... TY! Your directions were perfect...I got it!

I found 2 exits...but never even found the oxygen tank! LOL
