A little different this time.
One hint though. Don't bother searching lighter.
I found the 2 keys (used), swim costume, swim cap, 2 clue numbers, long stick, and blank paper. I cannot seem to find anything else. @Peke, any hints?

Use the stick to get swimming goggles from top of lockers and use those to read the paper.

I don't get how to read the paper using goggles. I can't seem to be able to select both the goggles and the paper :(
open paper in new window & select goggles ...
Ok, got it. Didn't realize yellow button in Japanese read "About Item". Feeling totally stupid.

I'd like these more if they weren't so pixel hunty(?!) I prefer to focus on the problem solving, not incessant rapid clicking.
Finally different. Use goggles as you used the lighter on the paper in previous games.
