have a stick, ha crowbar, a hammer and a hint "marbles"

So is this the new thing now? Dr Fou make your own escape games? LOL!

key from trash can

How did you get the key? It won't let me click on the trash can :/

trash can key opens left side of cabinet under tv

stick in trash can gives key

But why...nothing in there?

I mean the left CB that is

nothing in locked side of cabinet?

Hey guys! Sorry this was my first attempt at making a game, crowbar was not meant to be sticking out of left side cupboard!

Nope, nothing. Now I am stuck with stick, hammer, crowbar, key.

ok stuck now

Ah! Ok, makes sense now!

green ball on shelf gives 000000

Sorry blooby, that's a mistake. Feeling very ashamed now...

that's okay - go back and work on it some more. It's a good start.

the stick in the trash can gives key again, but it's the same key.

Cannot work out safe code....

Very difficult to make bug free game. You can still finish the game though

Ok, good start, but there are a lot of red herrings. The 2 papers behind the poster plus the paper in the wall made it difficult to try and figure out the safe, and it ended up being a word that those clues did not unscramble to (not sure if you meant that, it was only one letter off from a word it DID unscramble to, still without using all letters though). I think it was a very good start to your first game though. Please let us know if you upload another! :)

Thanks Evillrish, that's really nice of you. Oh maybe if you read "is" instead of "IS", it'll make more sense (the unscrambling)? Sorry, trying to not give too much away, so may not make a lot of sense.

EvilIrishPixi how did you get behind poster?

Oh and there are 5 unscrambling clues to find

The last code was very clever! Thx for the game E Presto

Coming form you Nini, that's a real compliment! Thanks a lot

harrrrrrrrrrd... ;(

I'm tired of all of these Dr Fou games. I want REAL games

How many keys are there in the waste basket? I have 5 now, and they keep coming! :-)

...bot none of them opens the brown cabinet or the exit door.

I have a hammer, but where to use it?

I used crowbar on shelf with vases to move it, behind is a crack to use hammer.

Now stuck with 4 other code words, but i have to go now. Good luck all....

Well, it would probably be a sensible thing to have these moved to their own category...

Though it might be justified they're there after all, I can't help saying that they tend to clutter up the lists of new games, so that "Dr Fou game dislikers" have a hard time to pick out one of the non-DF games of their choice.

the EG24 posters always list the games as being made with Dr. Fou's escape maker. It should be easy to spot them if you choose not to play.

not a bad start, but it needs to be debugged.

Have you watched the tutorial that shows you how to debug it?

I am stuck on the 4 letter code

TryToEsacape,
Did you see the hint 'marbles' in the cupboard?
Use first letters.

@jon

It "should", yes, but if there are five, six or more on one page (since they are springing up like mushrooms currently) it's not as easy as it looks to "filter" the game you want with your eyes.

Hence, having them in their separate category would probably not be a bad idea.

True @arbeitsloser.....i have to admit that i started to make such a game today as well.... because i was curious about it. I went rather far, but there is a bug i really cannot remove. Made the same with other items, everything is going fine, but one item denies to follow my advices and it is coming up again and again. And then i must say, that i have more plaisure in creating such a game than playing them lol. And until now i could not find how to create a sequence of events. I mean for ex. that you can leave not before you have found everything you need. You click and the exit key is there (even at the beginning) but i want that the exit key only appears when you have fullfilled all the duties. Hmmm not sure if i will finish this and people are already nerved....

Small-tool: Marb? Bram? Ramb? Pisa? Nothing happens.

so far i have no bug but cant figure out 4 letter clue ..

AisC...so it is CISA ...i did it that far then i stopped.

ok thanx zazzie ...but Im bored now ..it does not mean game is not nice nor Im discouraging anyone but may be i played too many dr fou games ..I will try to figure out code tomorrow ..

Zazie

1- when u choose the item to be added to the inventory when u click on it and u choose - show this - also make sure to select - hide this - as well and so the item will be added to the inventory just once .

2 - if u want an item to be hidden at first just check the box - invisible and without interactions at first .

hope this helps !

The first code has nothing to do with all the 4 letter codes you get on the 5 papers.
The first code is just the first letters of the four colours of the marbles next to do door.

The second code you get by reading the hint TEAPOT and then reading the papers like, for example; PisA (P=A).

Ok I played game again after reading ST comment & I think game is nice & its my fault I didn't think about marbles color..thanks E presto 😊

@E-Addict, thank you for the reply ! I did all this what you replied, it worked fine with 4 items, but not with the fifth. I had no problem with hiding an item at first.....I even changed the place etc, but always the same. Well ok, i must sleep now. I will look again tomorrow, thx again !

Yep the marble code was no problem for me (after i read the hint MARBLES it was clear)

Also the AisC code went fine...i will finish it tomorrow (too late here) but not a bad game after all so far !

arent u gonna try my game before u go to bed ?? lol advertising my game now !!

I have 10 Keys XD
You can do it over and over.
Stick and that basket.

Nice game, I give it a 4.
Nice and simple.
Nice though, this game took me 10 minutes, pfoo.
What a mind breaker.

I think I finally found the 6-letter codeword now, but where is the place to enter it?

@arbeitslooser:

before these games appeared, there were constant complaints that the games weren't coming fast enough. The announcement that Tesshi-e would start charging for games felt like approaching doom. We've known for a long time that the best of these game makers deserve a lot more compensation for it than we've been giving them - most of us won't even watch the ads, myself included. Dr. Fou has given us a new avenue, so we can count on being entertained and stimulated even as creeping capitalism moves in to spoil our fun.
We are in public, remember, and you can be sure that there are watchers who see us as a market, and they're very frustrated that we don't spend any money. For me I say que viva Dr. Fou!

just 1 what a load of crap, these games are utter garbage. Dr Fou has a lot to answer for, everybody and their granny is making them, I wish they wouldn't bother.
