4-9 - mean person

harassment is how many time you tease pigs (I'm not sure if ducks count too)
to pass the game you need to:
paint spikes green
paint pig 1 red on t-shirt
paint water green in scene with pig 2
pain cloud grey, then paint potato brown in scene with pig 3
optional you can
paint left duck's hair green
paint right duck's hair grey
you can tease pig 2 by painting water red, brown or grey, and you can tease pig 3 by painting potato grey, green or red
