I thought the code comes from the cross sum, but no go, have a SD from drawer and key is under chair.

Cross sum from upper drawer is on both sides 20, no idea what to do.

Now some japanese which I'm not going to be able to figure out.

ゴミ箱 means garbage bin.... solve the bin for the first digit.

タンス means closet (drawers).... solve the closet for the second digit.

so ゴミ箱 + タンス means you need to add up the first and second digit to get the third digit.

Spoiler how to solve the bin:

12 -> 3 (1+2=3)
104 -> 5 (1+0+4=5)
1102 -> 4 (1+1+0+2=4)



Spoiler how to solve the drawer:
Use the missing number between 0-9 = 5

After using screwdriver, you need to find a place in the room to click. The japanese text says:

------ ドア (door) -----
タンス (drawers)----- イス (chair)
ゴミ箱 (dustbin)----- 箱 (box)

So... to open the door:
Click between the door and the chair (on the floor, in the corner).

Quite easy after all.
