The bird appears to be giving some sort of code. Don't know where to use it, though.
I think the bird in the cage is telling us how to click the painting, but it is too fast for me to write down.
The bottom of the column with the star-ball on it, has a five letter puzzle...not solved it though.

OMG....i did it. I'm out !! That last bit with the angles is tricky. Middle number is on the clock with roman numerals...and can also be used as a mathematical symbol

I don't get the clocks/paper clue. I've seen the spoiler but would love to know the logic behind it if anyone's about.
smarties, with 360degrees in a circle, that means each minute is 6 degrees. So, if you divide 330 by 6 you get 55mins...which is the same position as 11. 240deg divided by 6 = 40 mins which is same as 8 on clock. For middle clock 300 divided by 6 = 50 same as 10 o'clock position...BUT...that clock has roman numerals...and 10 is X , so what you have is 118 X ...and then the next two numbers which i cant remember. Hope my lousy maths brain is correct in this explanation. If not...im ever so sorry.

But the 10 on the square clock is a Roman number: X
