So far I found 2 keys (used) a bag with a t on it, a flute with something unreadable on it, a paper with nothing on it, and a lighter who doesn't light. :-)

Looks like the flute is a 5, the sack is a 7 and the scroll is 38, but that doesn't work.

Missing 1 item and of course have no idea what the equation says

The equation says that there is a language barrier, I think. :-(

Paper says white squared * black + red (I think)

In Japanese:

White = 白
Black = 黒
Red = 赤

Hello all ! I think 2d & 3d signs of equation are black & red:
so 25x 7+ 38= 213 or 49x5+38= 283 but none is right
