Put the dials on clock got clue from chest changed dials to 6.45 and nothing?

I can match the symbols with the letters, but don't know what to do next
Finally got through door into another room
Stuck with the M lining up with the snowflake and Z lining up with anchor. The H looks like it's correct. Not sure what to do

Turn the red dial on clock 360degees 3 times anti clock and yellow the same clockwise gives another 2 symbols
Did that already That's how I got the scroll with the M (anchor) and H (Diamond). Is there something else?
I had 2 scrolls put them together think one was in the pipe (smokers}
Hmm. Only have one scroll now. The arms of the clock are gone now, too. Could be a bug.
Click on scroll to the right i think to open it up. cant spoil it for you because you need the clue before it lets you move on

@Jessica Jones. give me a moment, I'm trying to put into words how to do it ..
On the scroll you find 4 letters with symbols connected to them.
On the clock you find the 4 symbols as well, but next to different letters.
Click and hold the symbol next to one of the 4 letters, drag the pointer to the right symbol, as seen on the scroll.
Click on that symbol and the clock starts turning. The clock stops when the letter reaches the right symbol.
