hellooo im alone? :(

need help with clock please, i know answer is in the paint but i cant understand

You're not alone, but I'm not as far as you in the game. I might need some help.

for clock count circles square and triangles

now stuck on digital clock in bath

Same place as you, jonatan.

i have an app on iphone and 44:44 is 2666 minutes but nothing

If you freeze the braid, you can get the can opener.

Ah! 44:44 is the same as 20:44. Thanks, Jonathan.

Numbers on clock are 0 to 9 ... strange...

thnaks mead

Well, I'm in the next room and stuck with a teddy bear, and a teddy bear clue that makes no sense yet.

44x60+44 (hours in minuts + minuts) = 2684 but don't work

mead how u clean the key ?

and where use the frozen braid?

nevermind

The frozen braid: Go to the bottom part of the ridge and click to the right of it. You get another view, with a can opener stuck behind the fridge. for some weird reason that forms your key for you.

Now I'm stuck in yet another room, after using the blue key.

Mead, wait. Can you give me a hint on the teddy bear clues and are they for the dials or the lock?

And out. (That last bit was tough.)

And what does DBFA equal?

You have to use the knife (under the bed) on the poor innocent teddy bear on the bed. That gives you the clue for the arrows.

there is something in side cabinet

As for DBFA - it's a math puzzle. If H=11 and S=22, what's the code?

did u get the wrench?

Oh, and the hard bit for me was figuring out how to get a long metal rod that I could magnetize. (There is one around.)

sorry spanner

That wrench is needed to get the metal rod.

(Who uses the word "spanner"?)

Anyways, I saw the outlet near the table in the last room, and then it was just a matter of figuring out how to combine everything to get the key. Have fun. A bon nuit.

Mead, thanks for the DBFA clue, but I'm having difficulty translating the teddy bear clue.

Im so lost lol I have a red key shaped sharpener dont know where to use it

i got it!! coiunt letter and add 4 and then u get the password for closet

I'm with you Lisa, have the red key/sharpener and a remote and no clue what to do with them

im stuck in the last room with magnetizer, rod and cable

The remote is for the screen above the bathtub.

Eventually you get a blank key from the tub drain. Use the sharpener on it to make a key.

jonatan, where did you find the rod? And please help with the dials.

where is remote Please

       Anonymous  11/7/13, 9:04 PM

For the dials, look at the teddies in the dressing table Look at their eyes. They point in different directions. Use the hint from the bear belly to set the order.

look letters f is 6 then add 3 (sorry) so f is 9, A is 4 etc. when u open closet use wrench on pipe behind clouds, then u get magnetizer and cable. and there im stuck ( sorry my english)

dials look bear eyes

9c633088, thank you. Got rod now.

Ooops, I mis-spoke. I have tweezers.

Lisa the remote was in the clock in the drawer under the circle, square, triangle picture

Where do we use the tweezers?

tweezers in cabinet on desk look inside

jonatan, thank you. You had mentioned a wrench or spanner, I thought you were talking about the hexagonal wrench.

jonata, thanks for the help. I've escaped!

need help with final room i did everything but nothing, i dont know if window in room with bear need be opened

*jonatan (sorry)

jonatan, the windows are not a factor in the game.

im stuck with magnetizer, rod and cable! ;(

@Jonatan,
Plug in the magnetizer where the shoe closet is, and make a magnet from cable to pick up the key from the slot at the door

Sorry, make a magnet from ROD, not from cable :)

The magnetizer goes on top of the cabinet next to the door. Add the cable, then magnetize the metal rod. Use the rod to get the key outside through the mail slot.

i cant! i cant plug anything! the closet just open and close and i cant plug cable or magnetizer in ac power

grrrr omg!! thanks peggy!!

Finally found the rod!

I've got:

- magnetizer
- wrench
- cord

I'm in the final (?) room and can see the key through the mail slot but can't combine items to retrieve key. Any ideas?

863 clock

Thanks, Peggy, I was missing the rod from the closet. Returned to final room, placed magnetizer on upper right of cabinet top, attached cord, magnetized rod and retrieved key through slot. Out!

Those last few steps were pretty arbitrary so thanks commenters! <3

Hah...two endings ??

Would make sense because I got that 'DBFA' code however I never needed it anywhere so far and got out anyway.

Out too! Needed help only for clock code and the hint for the rod that i missed....

Thx all for the hints and thx Gotmail for another great game!

I have a small red key (I used the frozen braid) and some kind of metal tube with an additionnal part from the toilets cover. I'm totally stuck, as usual with those games.

       Anonymous  11/8/13, 1:41 AM

I can't even find any clock, dials, teddy bear, magnetizer and so on...

pdgph: The metal tube with part from toilet is kind of a wrench for the drawer...

Clock, dials and so on comes after that (and it is still hard enough after that, at least it was for me, thanks for all the hints above, by the way...)

       Anonymous  11/8/13, 2:37 AM

@escapism,

Thank you ! I'm trying ot understand the hint for the clock (on the stained glass, I suppose).

       Anonymous  11/8/13, 2:41 AM

I've activated the screen above the bathtub with the remote, but what time am I supposed to input ?.

pdgph: The hint is in the colored picture above (I think this is what you called 'stained glass'?)

It is a conversion of the 44h 44mins into 24 hours time

       Anonymous  11/8/13, 2:48 AM

@Mead,

Thank you for the clock time in the bathroom. The winding key that "cleans" another key, that was weird.

       Anonymous  11/8/13, 2:59 AM

Stuck again because I don't find any rod in the closet.

Do you have the spanner?

       Anonymous  11/8/13, 3:08 AM

cant find where to use tweezers

       Anonymous  11/8/13, 3:12 AM

@escapism,

No, I don't have any spanner.

       Anonymous  11/8/13, 3:12 AM

pop found wrench in drawer where keycard was used

Yep, steve, that was the answer, also for pdgph... ;-)

       Anonymous  11/8/13, 3:29 AM

@escapism,

I finally found THE pixel to click on the bottom drawer... And now I have this darn wrench.

       Anonymous  11/8/13, 3:30 AM

Thank you for the hint, that was very very difficult.

Game is logical and not that hard, but I always miss a couple of critical hotspots, like the one behind fridge and the rod at closet...
Thanks for all the hints

Still no answer to my question...

What is this DBFA number code used for?

arbeitslooser: Sorry, haven't seen your post. The DBFA was used for the lock for the yellow closet door (the one where the hint was attached to). How did you open that door without the code?

       Anonymous  11/8/13, 5:15 AM

It's used on the cupboard of the bedroom.

You want belive it i did all without looking here but I dont know what to do with the rod cable and magnet i klicked everywhere.

@escapism Thanks! I probably used it without thinking about it then...just couldn't remember WHERE. So many rooms, doors...

@Michal

It's tricky. First you need to PLACE the magnet(izer) on the shoe cabinet. Nothing else will work until you do this.

Out. But i cant understand why 44:44 is 20:44. Can someone explain that to me?

Chris: 44:44 is 44 hours 44 mins. A day has 24 hours, so 44:44 is 1 day, 20 hours and 44 mins (24+20=44 hours), so it is 20:44

counting the shapes for clock but I think I'm wrong....any help?

please where is cable for magnetizer?

cable in draw in wardrobe. where is the magnatizer? i read in wardrobe but i can't find it...

the circles and squares are basically black n white, (for lack of a better cliche) but the triangles might make other triangles where they over lap. is that helpful mel?

well the magnatiser was in the shoe cupboard, which i hadn't found yet because i hadn't used my keycard on the draw yet. i do enjoy a gotmail game

Very entertaining. Great hints, too!

wow! where is everyone finding stuff?! I have the braid which i froze and got the red sharpener. I also have the hexagonal tool. Can't find anything else. can't do anything with the red sharpener or the tool. hmmm......

shoot everyone must be gone :(
clicking everywhere with no luck

omg! finally was able to click on the object next to the lunchbox! Don't know why i couldn't get it before to look at.....oh well have it now hope i can go on now

thank you to whoever did the you tube walkthrough! I just couldn't get past some spots!

44:44 is 20:44? And we should know this because...??

Now I'm just laughing. Mead wrote: "As for DBFA - it's a math puzzle. If H=11 and S=22, what's the code?" Seriously?

For those of us who aren't Mensa types, could someone please share what this illusive DBFA is? I have no idea what he's talking about.

For math puzzle, look at HMTP H=11, M=16, etc. H is 8th letter of alphabet, and M is 13th letter. Add 3 to each and you get the 11 and 16. All the letters given have 3 added to their place in the alphabet. So take D and add 3, and so on. Hope I've cleared it up, not confused you!

I'm sorry but this just confuses me more. Can you not just give a spoiler? Players used to do that, especially after the first players had time to get through the game.

To the game developer: thanks, this was a good one. To my fellow players: I couldn't have finished without the hint about the math code and the hint to look behind the refrigerator. I clicked and clicked around the refrigerator and almost gave up!

The first line for the code is HMTP 11162314, which, if separated, is H11 M16 T23 P14.
Use alphabet code A=1, B=2,…H=8,….
Then add 3 to get the right code. So, in alphabet code, D=4, but you add 3, so the code number is D=7. Now do the same for B=2, but add 3, so B=5. F-6, so add 3 to get F=9. A=1, so add 3 for A=4.
Code is then D7 B5 F9 A4.

Anyone still around?

How do I put the braid into the freezer?

Ashley, you have to soak it in water first, turn on tap, soak braid then put in freezer.

love these. Thanks for all the clues.

Pixel Hunts & non-hinted item uses:
1) Zoom into bottom of fridge (don't open) then click to right
2) Open bottom of bottom drawer of desk, use tweezers
3) Can take closet rod, use adjustable wrench
4) Put magnetizer on top of cabinet near mail slot

p.s. Don't get how to interpret 44:44, other than subtracting 24. Does time on clock or clock picture matter?
