No, open the picture with the blinking colour code from the tree ;)
The hint to open the pic is looking at the lights of the christmas tree (after you plugged them in).
It's not corners this time, only left or right (red or blue).
The hint to open the box you get from the pic is the vases below the pic.

Don't know what did numbers appear on pics in fireplace. Guess you need to put the second snowman from drawer in 2nd room on the table. Is it?
I used the keycard in the fireplace and I did put a figurine on the table, but still no numbers for me.
Don't see a hint to open the 3 digit code present or the 3 digit code box.
And did the toaster counter clockwise and clockwise like the plates on the table but didn't give me something :(
Cant get the toaster to work. I thought it was LRLR as per the plates?

Bread in inside cb in 2nd room. Use numbers from fireplace. Numbers should appear on pics some time after you use matches to light fireplace.

Yes, small-tool, thought too that it was a card or something. Should have been a bit brighter to see that they are matches.

I would never have seen the numbers on the snowmen in the fireplace as they took ages to appear. Meanwhile I had figured out the toaster so it went fast after getting the bread. Good game!

Still wondering if it was only the matches or also putting the first figurine to make the numbers appear. It took very long indeed to make them come up.
Played again and only used the matches and that seems to work, but... not by only waiting I think. I also had to click the little pics.
Since playing again I tried another thing. You can also just take one bread slice and go out without the clover from the second slice. You get the same ending.

Thanks small, but i tried that..and tried it backtofront too, in case i got my L/R's confused. I am trying....3L, 5R, 7L and 3R. I have also tried counting in a normal clockwise direction till the big dot.

Been trying to make toast for ages - don't know what I'm doing wrong. Doing as small-tool's comment @ 5:06 but nothing happening

Als, i turned left til it was at 7 o'clock, right til 7 o'clock, left til 1 o'clock, and right til 4 o'clock. Then pulled the lever down to make the toast cook.
Figured out the same combination like clio BUT noticed I had no toast in yet! LOL
So you will need a toast (for eating, not one to be recited o. c.) for that combination to work...
arbeitlooser, i didnt figure it out. I got told what to do by small_tool. He knows how greedy i am for toast. Btw, make sure you take the second slice of bread so you have the lucky three leaf clover. (is the bread past it's use-by date if it is growing clover?)
Still no numbers for me ... can anybody please spoil the 3-digit "fireplace" number?
It should be noted I'm on Linux and we shall be forever doomed on Flash Player 11.2. Sometimes programmers would use these nifty layering trickery which has never displayed 100% reliably on Linux...
... well, in layman's terms, everything displayed using layers will not necessarily display on Linux Flash plugin...

Yes it's the same numbers, and now I have them too!
The crucial thing to do is to PHYSICALLY WALK AROUND, entering the other room with the huge "chips" with CCW/CW directions on them, just waste time.
What does NOT work is just to sit there and wait! I made this experiment: made me some tea, and let the game open. But no numbers.
I guess that the moves you make are counted and before they haven't reached a certain amount, there will be no numbers...

where do I use the 726 code? It didn't open my snowman box or the present box.
I don't see any clues about the pink/blue/yellow buttons near one of the doors.
I can't open up the box that is in my inventory that has shapes on it.
I don't see any clues above about any of these things.
Ok..figured out the box with shapes - they match the four glass angels carrying shapes. I was assuming that was a color code.
I think 726 was used in the second room to get the bread slices.

I think it goes faster when you click all the pics and then walk around and come back and click the pics again.
I guess the game heard me, after going around and around and clicking everything again and again....the numbers did show up...I don't know what the trigger could have been! LOL

Can anyone help me figure out the code for the other box? I got the present, got the toast down, and got hint for out door, but can't find numbers for that other box.
nvm, I got it by clicking off the lights and then circling the room! Now I know what nokra meant by the windows!
With the hint for the door you can switch of the light. Then when dark look outside the window to see the code on the snowmen.
