Wow, this is odd. I've clicked everywhere and am getting green shapes in the inventory and lots of clicks and beeps. I love the idea of it being a pixel room, especially as some bloggers say they don't like 'pixel hunts'! Not sure how much more of this I can stand...
I think I can see chairs with cushions on them, tables, drawers, TV and pictures and even a person - or am I going cross-eyed?
I think there's also a desk with a bin next to it that you can look into. It's all the classic ingredients of a typical escape game - there's even a battery in the inventory! Haven't a clue what to do next, but hats off to the maker for ingenuity and wit! (Unless I've got it all wrong of course...). Anyone else any ideas?
Placed the green circle, triangle and square shapes in the brown box over the 'fireplace', but that's it so far.
Pulled the 'handle' next to the shapes and got the everpresent hammer in the fireplace!
Smashed something on the red door with the hammer and heard a crash tinkle tinkle - I've got a ladder now. Still have the hammer and the battery in the inventory.
Used ladder in next scene to the right and clicked on the dark box. Things started flashing and another arcade-type noise.
The two things next to the blue box on the fireplace are birds. Oddly, the pixels get MORE detailed the closer in you go!
In the scene to the left there is now a colour code box on the green sideboard.
Just realised there is a 'save' button - better start using it!
I can press the ears in on the yellow figure in this room, and the button on the top of his head.

Lots of other things have appeared in other scenes. Is everything getting more detailed as you go along?

There's a clock in the room with the white sofa now.
placed 2 green thangs now need a third..
If you find the red man (the thing on the orange table to the left of the white sofa) and press the button on top of his head, you get a white cross in his tummy which changes shape each time you press.
The cross shapes correspond to 9 different presses of the button - numbers?
In the same room the purple box on the wall is now a beetroot face, and the aqua box has a roman 3, or a little temple on it. There is also a cat shape(?) behind the mirror (?) to the right.
I'm tired.

Good Leroy! That gives a real battery that goes in the aqua box on the green sideboard along with one that's already in there!
It becomes a clock - click on the side for a time - heading to the wall clock now,,,
Set the wall clock and have scissors now. Off to do damage somewhere!

Still have the hammer in the inventory, but I've tried hammering and scissoring everything - nothing happened yet.
Those shapes on the orange mirror(?) on the wall above the green sideboard must be a clue, but for what?

I love how finding each new switch makes the game a bit easier to "see"

grid on door has four clues (one per corner)... each only readable on a specific 'resolution'.
you will first have to find a 'reset' button
found letter code for green cabinet: combine hint paper with the otello-like card on the table (the one that hide the cat)

I've got all the clues for the door but nothing is happening after putting them in.. Even in the order with their I, II, II, IV..

A. I is not the first/initial resolution it's the resolution AFTER that.
B. the outer line of each clue shows where it should be put

Anyway, I have:
Numbering each grid
1 2 3
4 5 6
7 8 9
for the top left, 1,5,6,8, &9 are light
bottom right, 1,5, & 9
top right1,2,3,4, & 7
I think that's it, but I could very easily be wrong!

Best trick is revisit all cupboards etc and use flathead SD when ya can... I think blue III picture had that corner...

@SkyCharger, I think piece four is on the computer. Press the middle button with "IV" on it.

it's a 5 stars game i guess despite the retro style .. for the final grid press the switch corresponding to each corner , find it and then press the second etc .. one by one .. @zoz i think you are wrong on the top right one , it was 568 i guess .. and Thanx @Dree for the valuable clue about the two toys !

I cannot find the flat (non plus) SD. looks everywhere still need green hex (has star) Please help with specific instructions.
OK, I think I've got it.
-- Press reset button.
-- Press box right of grey door, then look behind the Orange door for that pattern
-- Press box above the ladder, then look in left cabinet of green desk
-- Press box in the box on fireplace mantel, look at blue III box above the white couch
** you must have unscrewed the cover of this box before resetting, because you can't unscrew it at any of the lower resolutions. This is where I was so stuck! **
-- turn on computer and press the box on the right. Then, press the middle box ( orange "IV")
Now you should have all of the patterns you need.
Whew!
Green hex is in purple drawer, place that and get blue SD
the main menu will show extra++ after finishing the main game.
clicking this will cause it to flip to a second game.

that's the end menu, click home to return to the main menu.
@E-addict, I have the same post-game options as you. Maybe it's trying to tell me I shouldn't even attempt an Extra game!

need help finding star shape.
lol zoz .. get back to title first and you'll get it .. stuck at the 2 toys puzzle now .. got 4 pieces !
one toy (yellow) will show a sequence. (after placing a battery)
the other will loop around a number of symbols... click whenever the next symbol in the sequence is shown and the message OPEN should appear.
opened 4 letters code cabinet .. combine paper clue with white dots grid .. got a second battery ..

Don't see how the different shapes can be used on the 3 buttons on the yellow man. Evidently everyone else got it so I'm done, just wish people would take time to explain.
i'm not getting it skycharge .. ok i got the sequence from first one but where exactly am i supposed to click when the symbols appear on the second one ?

@lilrascal: yellow man has a head, left and right arms. Red man gives you the clue on where to click. The first click was right hand, then top (head) if im not mistaken. Just follow how the shape changes
@lilrascal: for the yellow and red toys, once you have the sequence (starts and ends with a cross) then duplicate that pattern on the other toy. E.g., a cross represents none of the buttons pressed (left, top, and right are all out). Next symbol means right button only pressed. Next, press in top button....

IV. 1,5,9

It's 2.50am and my brain is really fried with this game now! Close to giving up..
On the extra game, have both + and - SD, scissors and paper clue. stuck. So far got 5 pieces of lego (?)

Not sure I can remember where I found all the pieces. There was one in the green cupboard with an arrow pointing to it, one under the rug, another in the cushion after using the scissors, plant pot and think the rest are quite easy to find, oh n don't forget behind the red door after getting the ladder :)
Not many escape game brain fryers come along these days but that up there LOL
