Very easy maths this time.
tan45- is not for me... pass
tan 45 is 1
thank you my dear calculator for tan45 :)
Out - that was fun!
tan45 does NOT need a calculator!
remember, that it's the quotient of adjacent leg and opposite leg...and the divisor and the dividend are even the same in this case...so...
(adjacent leg is where the angle (the tangens argument) is)
Lol Arbeitslooser ;)
easy for you to say, @s-t... LOL
I am not even going to open the next one! :)
for the last spoiler
4y / 2 = 58 ==> 4y= 116 ==> y= 116/4 ==> y= 29
@Small-tool correct ? lol
I won't play these.
Lol Seb, of course that's correct but I guess people will still wonder how you did those steps, especially the first one :)
But to explain basic maths is not that easy without being as wordy as Arbeitslooser :P
Those tangent are already too much... forgot all about my trig :)
The first one does not work for me. I tried 54, +54 and nothing.
Now it did.
Easier:
4y/2=58 <-> 2y=58 <-> y=58/2=29
school has begun...!!! lol
Doing here his homework...:)
For trig, just remember SOH-CAH-TOA (sin = opposite over hypotenuse, cos = adjacent/hypotenuse, tan = opposite over adjacent).
So in this case, opposite and adjacent were both 1, so 1/1 = 1.
But to explain basic maths is not that easy without being as wordy as Arbeitslooser :P
Point taken, s-t, but I prefer this wordiness to simply firing formulae at people, since once they know how to name the things, and how to get to the solution, they begin to understand them, too...
I don't understand any of the trig explanations given here, and I didn't understand them in school either (BORING teacher with droney voice) so the spoilers were fine by me - thank you!
All was obvious
Google TAn
Nice game
This math was basic ( except the tan 45)
