Dizzy but out lol..
Thanks Larue :)
I was at the correct bookcase but somehow missed the correct shelf.
Good game. Challenging for those of us with poor spatial awareness skills,
Pfew finally all the keys. Now trying to find the door back :)
Well I tried a bit more and found what looks like a map. but I cant tell were I am lost lol
nice & easy one ! out !
Bandy,
What I did was draw that map (the black stripes at the side are the tables) on a paper in real life and turned it around with every step I made.
I will try that thanks ST
ooohhhh------ i was looking at the books instead of the spaces between them for the L-C-R panel!
Found a shelf with some missing books which is clue for L,R,M pad two key now. Found #keypad but not clue yet. Map not much help just found this stuff by accident.
@st - LOL, i did the same thing but using one hand on the mouse and the other on the map as i was moving through the maze
Eeuw - motion sickness.....
Finally found the 4# code on a book positioned like on the map where the red book is on bottom right corner. wish I could tell you all where. Just kept trying that position on all shelves.
Out now. Good luck everyone.
I give have fun
great fun as usual and a picture puzzle as well!
In a maze, pick either left or right as your default direction, and stick with it - in this one, from where you start, a left turn brings you to the keypad. Just keep turning around, and when you see a left arrow, go there. Keep following the wall. You go through a blank area (nothing but books and a table), then you come to the second corner, where you find the L/M/R clue. One more step left is the front door. Turn around and find the map on the empty shelf. Now you can see that there's a way across the room between shelves. In the corner to your left, find the picture puzzle. One more left turn, and look left to find the place marked on the map; 2nd shelf from the bottom on the right. Keep going to your right now, until you're in the middle of the shelf behind the front door; here's the L/M/R box. Now backtrack, since you left your path to find this place; two more steps around the room and you're at the back corner, next to where you started. Just keep following the wall to find all the same places again!
Maybe no one will see this but I just got back from a great trip and couldn't wish u all a wonderfull new year earlier so here it goes:
Happy New year everyone! I hope our lives this year are filled with much joy and escape games! lol
I have the m/l/r clue, but don't know where to use it.
Saw it Nini, and same to you with cherries on top!
@Zoe try following my directions above; it's the trickiest place to find, one shelf over from the front door
found it after reading your post, just1 - Thanks!!!
Zoe try to get to the central rooms. The drawer is on one of the shelves
just1 - this is a VERY tricky game to write a WT, and yours was great - easy to follow with such tricky navigation - fantastic job!!!!
Thanks Nini xD!
Good game. Challenging for those of us with poor spatial awareness skills
Kernowman, normally I would say you're right BUT...in this case you should even be able to solve it with less spatial orientation, just by walking around and keeping your eyes open wide.
You're walking around, and you see the VERY SAME gray door on the left, and on the right.
So what must that mean?
Simple:
That you're once viewing the very same shelves from the FRONT side, and later from the REAR side, approaching the door from front respectively from behind.
That short description should help some of you guys.
@just1 excellent walkthrough, I would always fear to write the wrong thing on walkthroughs that deal with maze-like rooms, confusing others, so I'm usually reluctant to write these ;)
How to find the map
- Walk around, until you have the gray door on the LEFT, facing
- Now go forward once, then right.
You should have arrived at a bookshelf with unusual size: 5 rows and 4 columns (instead of 3 columns as normal).
The map is in one of these compartments, try one that contains no books :)
that should read "facing one of the bookshelves"
Oh, I see just1 did not mention where to find the book with the 4# code on it...
It's actually way simpler than finding the L/M/R code panel...
From my favorite position having the door on your (far) left, go:
- 2x left (you must see the box on the table!)
- 1x left
- forward
- 2x right (= performing an 180 degree turn)
Book is in compartment second last row from top, rightmost column.
@just1 thanks for the general strategy on mazes
Great game. Disorienting maze was the biggest challenge until you find the map.
Great game! Great Comments!
Happy New Year, @Nini xD
Navigation is way too confusing, as it seems to turn you around when you enter a room. Or I am just easily lost.
(Weeping for a developer who used to have instant classic games - a long ago...)
Boys, do you think we'll see a Hottategoya game again where you actually have to use your brain? His games were so great... real brain teasers... not anymore, it seems :( In this one, your only real challenge was to find your way around - until you find the "map" - from which point the challenge factor drops to about zero...
this game was awesome! And I solved it all by myself!
easy and fun, I'm dizzy...lol
bio...
while not a boy, I am with you in hoping for more games of the Dghgbakufu level !!
Feels like, as with much television, these recent games are created for a wider appeal rather than for elevation of our minds, But could be the original developer(s) moved on to other ventures, and maybe that's why the name changed.
I do still enjoy these games more than many of the other free publishers currently out there; not complaining so much as lamenting.
Too much of a maze for me
