If you don't know japanese you can't play.
But if you're willing to look up a few things, look up the kanji for "left" and "right"
Look up some stuff about how somen noodles (blue basket) are served
..might be it, for the absolute necessities.

Ok well I Googled L and R in Japanese and the spoiler is

Trying to find second end and failing miserably..

Ok I golfed, bowled, played "whack a head" (put bowl on the head without a hat). Don't know what to do with the wet noodle code or glasses I got from the game. I see the colors on the roof though.

use glasses on broken window.

what is that thing we got after doing the rrlrl ???

Broke window, flushed toilet, put coin in machine (nothing happened), have noodles (???)... bit lost

Use the noodles in the room where they were found. After getting the knob (what you called flusher) come back to the room click on the knob and with the noodles highlighted click on the bar below. The noodles will magically disappear and make a color pattern on the wood. Note the order of colors on the wood and the pattern of colors on the roof and use them together on the whack-a-mole machine. Don't forget to use the empty bowl as a helmet for the one mole missing a helmet (as mentioned above). I hope that that makes enough sense to help you.

Ah! I solved the whack-a-head without using the color code lol
