The cat is outside the window in the garden.
When you do the four-button box, notice first which way is north.
NIce! You have to see all items in order for the color code to work!
Just click the frame and it opens!

what am i missing?? i got a brush and clippers. they dont seem to work anywhere. i tried the bush outside.. nope.
I don´t get the button box, where is the NSWE hint ? i only see the N on the wall.

Did you get the cat figurine and place it on the box with the two holes in it in the top cabinet?
Read the notice on the table next to the 4-button box (in zoomed view) - that tells you what to do with the clippers.
I have no cat :((

Walkthrough:
Take paintbrush - go right.
Need 4-digit code for cello(?) case. Find it in the 2nd drawer of cabinet. Note N on wall. Note colours of cello case and palette.
Go right - zoom in on casket and take note from table. Give clippers through the window (click frame on wall). Wait a bit and then press button.
Go back to cabinet room and open bottom door. Enter colours of objects. (Casket works as deep red. Look for topiary cat in garden). Get model cat and put in top cabinet.
Gives paint. Add that to palette and pick up colour with brush.
Paint the lifted paper on the wall in the frame. Gives the clue for the 4-button box. Remember which way is North!
Easy and nice. For the news box you'll obtain the hint when solving color puzzle of the bottom drawer after that it will be easy

The hint "New news" doesn't work on the 4 buttons box.
In order to get the cat, you must use the pruners on the window, when you open it.
POP, I'm just forgetting that the North is not the upper button...
