I think the morse codes are hint for a piano, but not work.

i got knife (used on horse rope), rope,cigar, saddle, gun and money bag...morse code AKQJ no use

Cash register code is from the poster and chips on the table. I looked at the WT. Look at the colors and the items on the poster and match them up to the items and chips on the table. Blue fist - count the blue chips near the gloves, etc.

I've done everything except ... get thing off bull head... fix morse code machine and get bottle from counter.

I'm sorry bellee76, I don't remember how I got that thing off the bull head (I think it was a wire). I don't remember if I had to click the stool in front first or not. I just kept clicking everything and then the bull head. Maybe it was the rope or the lariat? When you get the wire from the bull head, combine it with the razor or the knife (don't remember) and then use it on the telegraph. Sorry I can't be of more help.
bull head..click on the piano chair and take wire
You get bullets from the piano after pressing the correct keys (see Crook's comments at 9:46). Combine bullets with gun and shoot the bottle for the fuse.

Nuckelhedd - number the piano keys from 1 to 8. Then press in this order:
1, 4, 8, 6
Put bullets in gun, shoot bottle off shelf. Get a fuse and combine with dynamite.
I don't know where to put the lit dynamite...I have to "create a diversion on the other side" But the "other side" of what??

on morse code think of white key left of black key, white key between 2 black keys, etc.
Once you got the dynamite you'll just have to use and combine cigar with dynamite and chuck it out the front window...and then proceed and jump out onto the horse from the rear window to ride away and thats he end of the game.
