the numbers with the green asterisk is simple, count the circles in the numbers
The top drawer is a colour code combo of what is on the board and the clue from under the telephone. Count the circles and convert to colours (hint - there are two blue)

The clue on the computer is for the spiders next to the door
I will follow your example.
For the circles, ignore the numbers and just look at the shape. 48 would be a 2 because 8 has two circles in it. 991 would be two because two of the nines each have a circle.

not getting the spider and computer clue. The lengths of the spiders is 4132 the computer says 3412 : so the numbers should be 4123 or 2341. Am I over thinking this?

I thought the spider hint was from top to bottom or other way round, but it's just from left to right.

Computer says: from left to right the scary things are numbered:
1 2 3 4.
You have to click the spiders in the following order: number 3, then number 1, then number 4, then number 2.
Don't overthink, perhaps don't think at all !! Just click spider 3, spider 1, spider 4, spider 2.

In desk scene, click on the right side of the glass. Click the white lines there. They form FF.
hehe either that, or I'll wear my eyes out looking for it.... still, clicking everywhere and I just don't see it. Someone said earlier it was on the desk, but I can't find it on either one of them... hmmm

I can't figure out the top drawer color code. I don't know what the astersik (*) means...I know the circles are counted, but the bottom number has a number missing, and I can't seem to figure out what that is. I need one mouse...

Zoe - there are the same number of unsolved problems as there are colours needed. Just take them in order and convert them to colours using the clue from under the telephone. One of them is a zero
Zoe, 469 has how many little circles in it? 2, the six and the nine.
And so on.
Then look at the code paper you got and count from under the table. Does that help?

There was one in plain sight at the top of a scene - maybe a zoomed in scene. So obvious I almost missed it.

Oh, glad you came back to this game "goldonthelevels". I spent some time in Bath and walked around in Wells. In a very wet period too. Beautiful environment. You're right for choosing a name after that area.

Thanks for the spider hint! I clicked on them very early in the game, then totally forgot about them. lol. Without the hint I might not have ever remembered them.
You people are all brilliant. What makes you human is that almost every game someone screws up their left and right directions! I think it's my favorite part of playing.
