Don't understand the time clue.
NVM - 24 hr clock.

Ardien, colors and positions are mixed
RCL refer to placement, RBG refer to colors.
RR - Right Red
The time puzzle is not good. "205" refers to 2:05am. For 8:05pm it should be 2005.
The hours and minutes rendered as 24 hour clock always have 4 digits - even 2:05 would be written 02:05 - that way you would know it was 2 in the morning, not the afternoon. Tautau is right about 8:05pm.
Enjoyed the ghost-leg puzzle though.

I mean the one with the three colors and numbers. I guess it's the order, 1-5, but that doesn't work.
Ah, that's the ghost-leg puzzle. Look at number 1 along the bottom, and follow the line from it, taking each turning that you come to. It will lead you to a colour. Do the same with 2,3 and so on. That will give you the order in which to click the coloured dots.

I spent waaaay too much time working on the clock. Since the answer had only three digits I ruled out the 24 hour clock. That needs to be fixed.
