One hotspot on the top left mountain where you use dousing rod thing....doesn't work. It's preventing the final heartstone!

I've found three hearts and can't find anything else. Please help!!
I managed to get it to work after I'd gotten all the other hearts and dug it out with the hammer but now I've put all the hearts in the door nothings happening
you have to get the hearts in order so you have to go round again every time I think
use saw on left tree for yellow ball
@jason lux: Top right in the opening scene - use the dowsing rod and then hammer.
One ball is too big for door. We have to shrink it?

I'm stalled too, heart gems
are in the circle, but nothing.
Is there a hint for clicking the coloured balls, or is it just random clicking?

Hatchet came from red coffin, i think. The rod you make from the tree in first scene.
I am missing pink heart. the dousing rod goes in 3 hot spots but wont work?
Where do you use the shovel?
Hatchet is in the cave - solve the roulette-looking puzzle in the back and the hatchet is in the box. Use hatchet on Y-shaped tree in first scene for divining rod.
used shovel on green stump after you pour water on it and on the grass right of the hearts
Shovel is used in the green nest-looking thing down right in first scene. First you use the rod,above it, then you pour water on it, then you use the shovel...
I got out! replayed and did not put hearts in till i had all of them, maybe that's the trick??
cant find 2nd grey ball to get to roulette puzzle....

@rmcr8 - dousing rod doesn't always find something. It checks and sometimes yes sometimes no. The pink heart in in opening scene - tree in the center to the right of the skull - use dowsing rod and then ax on tree.
No bug. Worked fine here.

I give up also. It seems like more and more that these "escape games" are more and more like hidden object games.
I felt that using the divining rod to find the hearts was a nice innovation.
Unknown: one grey ball is in stone animal on the left (use hammer) the other is under the middle "bird" on the right.
