Hmmm 3 bits of paper LOL
Tip can only take 1 item at a time from left screem...
"Japanese language escape". This smells...no wait...stinks like a language barrier, no? ;)
LOL odd use of key but it worked another scrap of paper...
Not yet arbeits been pretty good so far...
another tip drag bookcase
And I have to restart...that $%&# fish has destroyed both of my SDs...
LOL arbeits I tipped ya.... odd use of key....
That IS a language barrier!
You apparently have to understand a Japanese play of words.
(like in English, "Look at that a rude villain! His name is Lou Alfonso. Now if you go ahead and take away the evil, and his initials, don't believe that you can win, for you will perish!"
ruDE VIL lain -> rulain -> ruLAin -> RUIN
A bit silly, but you get the idea...

might have to go to online language place have one you can draw freehand characters
nice but I was reading orange stuff at bottom
For the number clue, it is related to stroke of kanji for 1,2,3.... So 7 (七) should be 2.
For the series of kanji it is related to week day, the question mark should be Thursday (木).
For "捨+入" it should be 9 since "四(4)捨五(5)入". But still I don't know how to get the door code.
Day of week, tautau? How that?
(can't read first kanji)
炊 - cook(ing) (?)
泉 - fountain
? - ?
銀 - silver
径 - diameter / method
時 - time / hour
How can these relate to days of the week??
I sort of gave up on this after I ended up on wikipedia reading about Mawashi for some reason, because it was apparently for interesting than this game.
四 I think that is "egg" from airport days and the 8 kanji should mean month which is 6 in lower view there
But Tautau you got first orange kanji wrong in post I think
"'egg' from airport days"?!
Can I have that in English again, please? :-)
correction seems the "8" kanji means day my apologies
LOL arbeits I just checked it is vry close
卵 is egg
日 is day
Used to be border security in airport so bit of practise reading certain kanji
HAHA...I would never have been able to guess that. My brow was just littered with question marks...
Yeah helps me in games like this LOL
need to consider japanese numbers? google kanji numbers and look images
@arbeitslooser, look at the radical of the kanji which is "月(期), 火(炊), 水(泉) ...". So the missing one is 木 --> Thursday.
Ahh thanks tautau! So I have to "dismantle" the more complex kanji to get the radicals and then compare...
Speaking of which...I've just been aware of the fact that it's been a long time since I've played one of Kaitai's dismantlement games ;) End of April, in 2012...
The last picture hint, read from middle of words in calendar, that is "小から大" --> from small to big
2912
The two circle (2周) in the picture hint implies two week (2週). So 2 weeks from first Thursday is day 12. The other two days are 2 and 9 from the hint. From small to big so the code is 2912.
Forget all the kanji stuff and deciphering puzzles....
How and where do you use the "tools" ?
I can't do anything!!!!! Only one note so far and can't drag bookcase or get the note from ewer!
Nokra, use red sd on the left side of bookcase and you can drag on vase (paper in vase)
use yellow sd on safe on wall
use screw (from safe) on fish head and use key in fish mouth to take paper
pretty easy. just read the spoiler and out.
LOL I sleep and come back Hiya yesterday
