find a key with the steps in the open closet to the right. use the lock as a handle for the black support of the statue. Find the color order from turning off the lights. Looking for last part of note to find last ball I think.
other way around, last ball to find last note.
well you certainly have to be careful how you pronounce that "escape" word

one ball is in the upper closet, use ladder
it is not big ladder - two steps only ;)
Unlock door then use steps to open top right cupboard for ? and keycard with number on back. Not sure what to do with it though.
The escape word in Japanese is だいふく which means great fortune.
@cli_rose, you need 3 notes for the door code.
Thanks tautau. I already had the door unlocked. I went back and got the ? and keycard. I thought there might be a different ending.
Mmmmm daifuku is tasty.
Daifuku, the escape word, is a Japanese sweet. Mochi stuffed with (usually) anko/sweetened azuki beans. Lots of different flavors, though. And that's the thing on the plate you get at the end, too. A daifuku.
Just make sure you are NOT thinking of the English language when reading the word. (hrhr)

Go left, click on left cupboard get statue, middle cupboard get steps, click on open cupboard next to locked one, get key use to open locked cupboard get ball1
Use steps to open top left cupboard - ball 2, middle top for paper clue 1
Go left, click on vase, then near vase rim again for ball 3
Put statue on plinth (above vase), use lock that appeared in inventory on front of plinth, drawer opens - paper clue 2
Go left twice turn off light, go right see colour clue.
Look at balls, click each ball to see number. Combine to open box behind hanging scroll - paper clue 3.
Move 3 papers on top of each other to get 7 letters, use in letter puzzle - unlocks door
Colour numbers:
Largest - colour red, number 7
Middle - blue, 3
smallest - yellow 2
Box = BRY = 372
Letters DAIFUKU (and don't pronounce it out loud!!)
Bruteforced the third digit of the 3-digit code, with just two balls in my inventory. But otherwise it was OK.
