found several clues , but couldn*t figure out how to use them yet. also, the 3 patterns are hard for me...

no luck with patterns here either. found a 2 colour clues that don't work on top box and 3 # hints for ??

SD needed for right side of sofa. missing #4 for green box. colors from cupboard won't work on blue box...?

found 7# hints now. missing the 6, I guess, have the rest 1-8

#6 in right corner of view with safe cupboard. do you remember where #4 is?

4 is on the table facing couch. bottom left.

still no 6, what are you calling "safe" cupboard?

looks like every number is different for us,

I just can't get any of the colour puzzles at all. I am giving up on this one.

#6 is on the bottom of the basket - can't find #5?

If you click on the color grids just once I see letters top one S then K then E ???

Also got a piece of cheese in my inventory? Found under couch? Not getting to far with this one :(

managed to get blue box open with colour hint - missing number 2 clue

number clues change every time.
locations (missing one):
- under trashcan
- side of table (soda view)
- left side of big cupboard
- left corner of view with small cupboard
- right side of small cupboard
- on table (view with small cb)
- on door

Fudge which colour hint?

managed blue box as well. I don't know why it didn't work before...

the purple and blue are very similar...click the 2nd purple for it to open.....
Fudge, color hint is on flat blue book in bookcase

@nokra: I think you meant green. it's the light green

so, I just replicated the E ...and nothing ....grrrr...too much work for too little reward here....closing it for now!

This is making me crazy, I meant to tell evans, who asked fudge where was the color hint.....lol...and my book is BLUE! LOL

and when I say purple...I don't think I meant green...lolol

Well! There were lots of pattern puzzles I had to solve in my life, but that's one of the toughest. Incredibly hard...

I can't solve anything, the color code in blue box doesn't work (hint in blue book). there are 2 greens and 2 purples, I tried every combination, but NO!!
for green box I tried the color hint from books (RGB and the books between the black ones), but NO!!!!!
And of course, I am missing 1 of 8 number

and can't get any of the 5x5 pattern puzzles....

so, I just replicated the E ...and nothing ....grrrr...too much work for too little reward here....

If you had clicked LEFT of the 5x5 pattern, that is a kind of handle, and inside there's card set 'C'!

Arbeitslooser, there are 2 other card sets:
- right of big shelf
- under right sofa cushion
don't know what to do with

I already know these.

But since you have to solve the tough pattern puzzles, I'm afraid you will need *ALL* card sets to make some sense out of things.

I give up, the 5x5 pattern puzzles are killing me

This is really well done and this is this guy's first escape game, I'm impressed. Got one box open so far. I haven't been able to find a 1 in the 3 button box clues, though -- I have 2 thru 8.

Can't solve the grid. Give up.

Got 2 grids open. Got a SD but it´s flat one. Couch needs a phillips SD. Missing number 1.

Hey guys! I'm stuck with u I guess. Got 2 tiles (cheese and peach) and a super shiny and special one from blue box. Also, can't solve grids

When I got the K right it reset! :S
And I'm missing #2

K gives you the SD Nini.

but when I clicked handle the puzzle reset and I got nothing

1 hour trying the "S" grid.

Set it to a 5x5 grid, click edit. For each light on your puzzle that is WRONG, make it red. Each light that is right, make blue. Click solve. You will get a grid of buttons to click.

Weird, I got my 3 card sets and (I assume) the sequence should start with the ace, but it doesn't seem to work. :( I don't know if it will be randomized or is the same for everyone but I get CCRRRLLLC

ok, the code works. I think we really have to see the hints, so I clicked every card of the 3 card sets...

After the 1236th try it opened.

Have you opened the pink box with 3 digits?. The puzzle inside drawer doesn't work with numbers found around the room.

Andrea click the little handle after u input the code. I guess it takes a bit of pixel hunting or it's just buggy.. but keep trying!

Can't find number 9. Tried an extra click after the 8th, (LCR) but doesn't open. Guess the books (RGB) should open the 3 digits box, but doesn't work either, and don't know where to use my SD.

what is the color code in red drawer?

Btw bookshelf reads: From here(ここから) RGB To here(ここまで)

Tried counting books and also clicking colors in order. Nadda.

TY Arbeitslooser...I did click the handle, I carefully clicked all around it and nothing...so I zoomed out and lost it...that is a flaw in my opinion, if a puzzle is solved, it should stay locked as solved....just saying!

tried pink/red - white - yellow/orange. From tiles but nope

Use it on pink box inside cb. 4 above A means to click 4 times on top after A.

I think in the end we have 13 shiny cards

Nokra that's used in one of the boxes that need a 3-letter code.
That's how u work the clue:
Example: If above ur A there's a 4, go to A then click up arrow 4 times. It'll give u an E. and so on..

I WAS right.. The code is indeed related to the tiles (peach/rice cake/ cheese..) I just needed to do something with them in my inv.

although the pattern puzzle might have been derived from "Lights Out", there is a clear difference: Lights Out has no indiviual TARGET pattern!

Andrea: check the 3 sets of cards again and make sure you click every single card. it should work then.

andrea I have done it.... left me try to remember, you have to click the club cards in each hand...then you go to box and click them from ace to whatever...8 and 4 are the R button, 3 and 6 are center, the rest are L

Andrea, click EVERYTHING and then go back to that box.

My game didn't appears. Does everybody play on chrome?

you have to wait. it's very slow loading (about 25 mb with low speed)

I'm so bummed. It simply doesn't work. I've clicked every card in each set. Left 8, 7, 6; center 4 & A, right 2, 3, 5 should give me CRRCRLLL. There should be nothing complicated about this!!! I think it's gonna be a red X and a downvote from me.

Though I was stumped what to do with the Lights Out puzzle solver site by N. Kato, I finally got the idea of doing things in REVERSE!
That is, setting the target pattern and then "solving" down to the "all lights out" pattern (which is the one you always start with).

Thanks to everyone who left hints and helped. @ Andrea - to get the clue for the cards just look at which card set (L/R/C) each CLUB number is in. E.g. Ace (1) was in the RIGHT set, so Right should be first. The 2 of clubs was also in the RIGHT set so that makes another RIGHT. 3 of clubs was in card set C, so CENTER should be next and so on. Hope that's of some help. :)

I tried it one more time and got it! You have to click on the club *behind* the safe as well!

Appreciate the advice Jen but I'm a pretty experienced escaper and that part was obvious. The trouble I was having had to do with the game requiring me to click on a clue before allowing the solution to be valid. That part is kind of silly.

At least not for me. I've never got that damn green box open, although I've "inspected" the cards multiple times.

It just does not work. But I've managed three times to get the full sequence of 8 cards, so I am sure I did not make a mistake.

I'm thinking of a bug in the game, that may mess up the buffer if you fiddled too much with the box before.

arbeit, try clicking on the club behind the safe. That was the one thing I hadn't done in all my previous tries, and I got it open after that.

My combination worked instantly after I clicked on the club symbol behind the safe!

13 girls? I can't believe it. This is a JAPANESE game. In case of doubt, everybody, fly to Japan and check out some higher buildings (need not be skyscrapers).

BTW took me 10 minutes to figure out I had to COMBINE the three peach...etc cards. Good lord.

Please help on color code box in red drawer. I tried red/pink--grey--yellow/orange but not work.

arbeit, the Chinese think the number 4 is unlucky (because it sounds similar to the word for 'death.' We were staying in a hotel in the US that gets a lot of Chinese visitors, and there was no floor labeled 4. It just went from 3 to 5.

@Andrea yes, but there's ALSO the 13-phobia, the correct name of which is hard to pronounce: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triskaidekaphobia

Absolutely terrible game. Got halfway in and the damn thing locked so I couldn't back out of anything. The need to have to click everything even when the hint is right in front of you is BS. The ideas are good but the implementation and requirements to have to click every hint even after you have clicked to see them is freaking ridiculous.

Oh and yeah, The DAMN SAVE FUNCTION DOESN'T WORK EITHER.

Save function DOES work! But it's a little complicated: you have to save game, then quit game and then press LOAD.

Since the game code made my (Linux) Flash Player crash very often, I had to take care to NEVER save and then wait for the next crash - save game would have been gone! Instead, I saved, and then reloaded the whole page and the save-game.

How to open drawers? What's the code for number box?
