How does the clue above bed work, and 3-digit code for under table?

Out. Must have missed a clue, but was able to click around to get last gem/stain glass piece.

can't get the last code for the door.

Where is the #3 clue for under kitchen's table?

Left side of door there is a rather hidden compartment.
