Stamp of the rest is the # to go. I need 5. Put one of the 3 figurines on the little stand and smash. Cut ropes with scissors.
I can't find where to use the wand. And the 4 letter code. And I don't know what's the circle on the desk for. (;¬_¬)
Camera is stamp 10 (last).
Use the coin for a screwdriver.

Door on little wood house is locked (need to click on its door, not the house)
once you have enough stamps shut the lights off for the letters.

Well, I do't want to be too cynical, since it's nice of them to at least GIVE us an English translation...but what use is one which is that unintelligible?
missing 2 stamps.
Missing 1 from camera. What to do?
Fairy just showed up (like the others do). Need to keep going back everywhere after something is done. Had to give fairy something weird, don't remember what.

It seemed making the pentagon on the desk with rope & wand caused the red letters to show when the lights were turned off.
Thanks for the help the few that contributed. Still missing last 2 stamps on 2nd page of book. Miss the days when moderators would kick off people that just wrote "first" and "out"
OK, another most enigmatic translation deciphered...
"The stamp of the rest is..." = "The remaining stamps to find are..."

How can I make that fairy to show up? I believe it must be done in the room with the strange green sign (O x gibberish)
What to do after i used the wand on the circle? Nothing happened, it just shines red.
2nd to last stamp is under a bench for me. Click near the leg.

Now have 9 stamps, talked to gas man to "gather everyone at the calendar", but no one's going.
POP! have to click on Gasman one more time, then can gather the rest.
Oh, what the hell, i'm coming back on the morrow to this game. And in the hope that there's a proper walkthrough there, then.

I can't open the stamp book
POP - I didn't see the arrow on the right
(that should have been "Tencho" not "Techno")
Characters appear after you find their stamp
So, open drawer with Pick's stamp, then go talk to Pick the fairy.
Other things to do
- look at numbers following route
- take down picture
- look at bases of numbers, benches, furniture
- open drawers
- talk to people you meet
- use coin twice
- go through doors and try all the yellow arrows (directions are confusing)
- click upper left desk top to find circle
- cut ribbon
- dig dirt
- look at chair seat
- break rock in inventory
Apparently, I'm the 242th person to complete this game.
Still missing 2. Can't open stamp album. Can't use camera. Nothing on blue chair in staff room but there is a view. Stuck now.
I collected 9 but still 2 are missing.

3. under left bench
4. box in dirt
5. drink machine after inserting coin
6. smash figure by Wanpa
7. in wood house
8. after Tencho reading scroll
9. in yellow letter box
@tautau -- I went back in and looked at album -- starts with spaces for 11 stamps and Gas Body upstairs says there are 11 needed.
The one you missed is on the back of the album:
- "about item", then use the yellow arrow
After you get the last stamp, talk to Gas Body and then you get to use the camera for the 11th stamp.
