I have 4 perfume bottles, 2 heads and a lit candle...

use hands on moving stone

SPOILER: place lit candle, two heads and four jars below witch. click witch and out.

Aha! Heads go on the ground in front of ghoul with swinging lamp. Place perfume strategically around the heads (took me a couple tries before they stuck) and burn it up.
