Where did the "H" square come from? It just showed up on the CB and now the clue from the lampshades won't work.
Talking about logic. I always use a brush on my blanket. I placed squares in box/radio (?) on the left in first room. Nothing happened. Stuck with a knife. So far I have BCDEG
Catqueen, on the radio, the lines are divided into four groups. It's difficult to see, but count the lines in each segment for a 4-number clue.

Lines on radio are clue for tv code. Don't count the 2 long ones. Gives F.

I was lost for a knife until I realised that I'd missed a drawer under the far lamp in the bedroom. Use it twice. Out now.
Hello Peggy and Arrie! Use knife on pillow. Clue from painting in first room is from bottom to top.

Got a diary from behind a painting up left, open it with the key in the plant on the right = a 4 number code ....
and to avoid trying to put it in aaaalllll places, it goes on the wall and gives a knob for the transistor radio.
Another knob comes from the color code on left wall (look at flowers in the front).

Had to start over. The "H" comes from the 4 numbers on the left chair in the 1st scene. And NOW the lampshades clue worked.
The purple balls in room 2 go into the airplane.
It's funny how you see the slider puzzles pop up in almost every game now. Quite a hype.
Okay Peggy, since you started over I will too, (solidarity), my H is frozen.
D comes from right chair, C and E from the tv-cabinet left and right, G from slider puzzle (spoiler:clickeverytilethreetimes), H from painting-number, used on the left.
This gamemaker only owns two cd's, but I must say, I actually like this one very much.
Third knob comes from below plant on the left. F is in tv-drawer.
Just making it all complete now .....
2nd room. turn on the light = 2 number code = purple ball.
A second one by putting the can on the tin can.
The third one from using the letters on the blanket in left drawer.
B, place purple balls in airplane.
Knife in drawer below 2-numbers, used on pillows = green blobl (the red one of course is behind cushion).
Use knife too on the cookie = letters for the wall = purple blob.
They go on the picture = A.
Now .... let's see if it can work without bugs ...

Ooh, be still my pounding heart .... the lamps reveal the code for the signs on the right = key = out.
I'm not liking that the code from the two lamps in the first room is not in order. Now I have to go through every possible combination...
Nevermind. Not worth it.

Too many four character codes.
And: My H appeared and I don't even have a four digit code for left chair in room, so 'ampersand' etc answer does not work in right chair. So bah. 1 star.
