Pfew, finally did level 9 and no idea either for level 12.
small tool, I tried to replay, but my new game starts in level 12 I am stucking...
maybe using the letters as clue?

Tried that Roberto, but 4935 doesn't work and don't see how to use that as clue.
Thought it was how many sides you can see of a die, would be 3, 2, ?, 1 (no idea about the third, that way).

For the dice ouzzle:
"Y" - that's the number of corners a dice has
"-'" - that's the number of edges a dice has. Since it's a two-digit number, only the required digit of it is needed (the first one)
- the dot: the number of dots a dice has - this time opnly thr second digit
- the square: the number of faces a dice has.

For anyone who doesn't understand the "basic code" puzzle (the last one): it basically says to star with 1 and keep adding 2 each time.

on level 9: you can click everywhere, not just on little man. It's a bit easier, if you don't try to catch him.
For those not ancient enough to remember the keyed rather than visual language level 16 is BASIC coding hence the clue:

It won't load for me!! It will only load like 90% of the loading bar, and then nothing. The other games in the series load for me, just not this one.

Didn't load for me either with Firefox with Adblock (also up to 90% or so). Did work in Chrome without Adblock.
I hope there aren't any more like level 9.

Brought to the level of rabies 9 I hate arcade games and game speed. It would be possible to make this level is shorter.

I'm with you, Vic. I hate level 9, I don't like those kinds of scrolling/jumping games and since I started playing this for the puzzles (and I LOVE this author's puzzles), it's a little annoying.
level 12:
how many of these "things" a dice have
1st -> corner -> 8
2nd -> edge -> 12 -> two digit numbers first digit (mind the rightmark and the x) -> 1
3rd -> dots -> same as above -> 1
4th -> sides -> 6
