You need to off the fire using fire van. But unfortunately van is under a mild repair. Try to collect some useful objects and repair the van to off the fire. i assume the wheel is in wooden box

there is a cup by the gates put the 4 dice in cup shake that will give you dice puzzle
remember to click on the switch when charging phone unlike me

there is a key in the burnt grass use for first aid box
key when you put fire out behind wooden box in right house
use it on box above the kettle....attach hose to fire engine
