After solving the dark key, you will get a clue for the KEY puzzle.
Notice the door has SEA SKY and KEY on it. Look at the paper clue and count the blue squares around the letters K, E and Y.
I don't get the black key / jgt either, hoping for Magda's POP

I'm not able to ever wrap my head around those ladder puzzles (the one that corresponds to the seaweed, turtle, fish, shell clue on the yellow innertube) Could someone out there either please explain or provide a link to that helps explain how to solve them? I feel like such an idiot, I can solve so many weird codes and puzzles in these games but for some reason whenever I see those damned ladder puzzles my brain seems to shut down and not present any logic :P Thank you!
Okay, I was able to surprisingly brute force the code
Was able to get through, fun game! Different than what I've seen from this developer, cute and logical :)

Well, since I can't help in any other way and almost NO ONE is leaving any helpful hints....here's a lint that explains the ghost leg puzzle. It honestly did me no help because I BFed the puzzie.

Honestly, I had to BF the whole game, none of the hints made sense to me!
Walkthrough: (solutions below)
-Go right twice to face the door, zoom on the upside down bucket to get a code.
-Go left twice to face the squid and apply the code from the bucket
-The squid squirts ink, apply that on the boat under it. Note that the grid is upside down!
-Zoom on the ship's flag and get a code for the up and down arrows left to the squid
-Zoom on the yellow raft to see a ghost leg puzzle
-Apply code from ghost leg puzzle on middle drawer
-Turn around the room and note the background color of the letters that pop out of the drawers
-Apply the colors on the seashell to the right of the door
-Zoom on seashell to see a hint: the pieces fit together (like shown on top right) and the background shows the letters jgt
-Turn around the room again and notice the letters on the "pointy parts" of the gray half circles. Those pointy parts have matching slots on the half circle on the opposite wall. So, imagine how the halves go together and which color is on the background of each letter.
-Zoom on the rock under the bucket in the door view and apply the code
-You can see the word "key" written on the door
-Zoom on the hint on the rock, it has 3 grids with the letters for SEA and SKY on the centers of them. Count how many blue squares there are around the letters K, E and Y

I'm not sure I could have ever grasped the "black key" puzzle - fortunately it was relatively easy to brute force - everything else was quite easy.
