Berries on holly branches are number clue.
It's a "pane" checking all the windows inside and out.
I can spell "TURD" on the wall picture!
I have four of the yin yang symbols, four santa hats, and no idea what do do with the letter puzzle, the hats, the keypad or the screws on the drawer.
Hats are clue for letter puzzle.

I'm in the same spot as vkacademy I don't understand how the hats can be a clue for the letter puzzle
Got the letter puzzle ... initials for each word displayed on hat

They stick on the spaces in L cupboard but must put in correct slot
I think you'll both be out soon, but I'll stick around just in case.
What are the bowl and pot for?
POP! Pour pot contents into bowl. duh
Click on empty pot and then use the water on it.
And the snail is free! yay!

Even watching a video walkthrough. I can see no way the hats with arrows on them relate to letters! Did not like this game at all!
@evans, the arrows on the hats are 'U'p, 'L'eft, 'R'ight & 'D'own.

(hint on tree, zoom in) - get knife
use knife on prezzie (from round pic puzzle) for cake
cake goes in pot for circle dot hint
wind-up key from circle dot puzzle
3 berries from twigs (on wheels outside) for 3 digit code - get locked box, use wind-up key for yellow house key

blue box colour hint from lying books - get wheel
use wheel on safe behind pic for hint paper part
