A person is trapped in middle of a big snow region. No humans are there to rescue and help him. So kindly help him to escape from that snow day. found 9 numbers, entered them in numbered squares (they stay lit when you have the right ones)...have medallions, can't find snowflakes....hmmm

found the snowflakes, put them on la tree, give you places to put medallions

Snowflakes are on the trunk of a big tree (left side) in the right most screen...you already have the snowflakes in inventory.

Move cursor around each screen until you see highlighted spots (random) click the highlighted spot and a 4-digit number appears. There are eight 4-digit numbers, and 8 places with numbers on tree trunks in each scene. (I think there are two per scene) Don't forget to go down from first scene to the bench scene. Match the 4-digit numbers to the groups of numbers on the trees.

That was dissapointing. Mouse over the whole game and then trial and error

So what do you do with the soccer-ball looking thing after placing all medallions?

Found the spot, small circle right of medallions. Also have to agree with Tine on this, mousing over to get numbers then keep entering until you get the right one - not much to this.

Adobe Flash game, so gone forever.
