Go to the right side, click buttons and note lines getting thicker, click the number in the inner square and write down the line/red number combo.
Then go to the left side, click buttons and make all lines disappear. Now use the red numbers, they tell u how many times u should click each button. After u're done, just count and u should get the 4-dig code.
Example> after u're finished u'll have the 1000 line reaching 6. so the code starts with 6.
This is not especially difficult, but it is rather clever in the way it does make you think in order to properly combine the puzzles to get the code.

Cleverly deceptive, but fairly clued.
