    ReplyDelete
  4. Thanks Escaper , Edgar .. and Thanks André ( Dr Fou ) ..

    ReplyDelete
  5. Hello everyone , Zazie , Peggy .. they usually ask for it not my fault lol .. and arrieNL of course .. and to the others , it's about riddle-style puzzles ( or maybe worse i dunno ) so please don't get frustrated ( as if i care ;) ) .. okay just kidding , have fun if possible , it isn't as hard as it looks ! .. oh and Mako you can do it ! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  6. Thank you for the flowers.

    ReplyDelete
  7. you welcome arrieNL ! .. see ? i told you the joy would fade away lol

    ReplyDelete
  8. lol Roberto the puzzle with this note beside it is really simple .. just don't overthink it !

    ReplyDelete
  9. Oh dear... It's going to be a long night.

    ReplyDelete
  10. nothing happens...

    alot

    ReplyDelete
  11. The E3 is about mirroring the numbers?
    2 becomes an S, 3 and E, 5 an Z, 8 a B,
but only three letters are asked for.

    ReplyDelete
  12. I'm laughing and crying at the same time now, enzed, priceless ...

    ReplyDelete
  13. yeah arrie- you can also sound that out to BISZEE- Busy. I've tried Bee (Busy Bee) but no

    ReplyDelete
  14. It seems there are 4 numbers in that maze but none works. lol

    ReplyDelete
  15. No wait, seeing it clearer now. Every number has a letter attached to it, one mom...

    ReplyDelete
  16. I gave it 5 stars just for the flowers! But I'm way too dumb to figure any of these out. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  17. no the E3 it's not about mirroring , it's about the E and 3 positions .. but anyway i suggest you leave this to someone else arrieNL ! lol

enzed which one you are trying to solve ?

    ReplyDelete
  18. Just rambling on, hoping something good comes out of it.
    81 NE, 25 NE, 33 NE.

    ReplyDelete
  19. I guess the clues are mixed? or not?
Does NEWS clue combine to the 4 and arrows?

    ReplyDelete
  20. Thanks NotYou ;) .. but really .. oh well i dunno .. maybe i should work on a simpler one next time !

    ReplyDelete
  21. Oh, no...some of the brainiacs here will figure out the puzzles and I'll just sit here awestruck. :) I don't mind, it's fun to read the comments as people figure things out.

    ReplyDelete
  22. no Roberto .. every puzzle has its own clues .. just walk the maze all the way to the exit , there's only one way !

    ReplyDelete
  23. 81 25 33
Each pair has a 1,2,3 and we need a 3 letter answer
so maybe we start with 853
The 1 is after the 8, the 2 before the 5 so maybe we do the opposite action.
Heaven knows which way round the 3s are

    hmmm!

    ReplyDelete
  24. I can easily see how the maze might start 1 2 then it all goes horribly wrong

    ReplyDelete
  25. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  26. enzed , arrie NL once you figure out what the E3 is about the rest would be easy .. the E3 is part of something you use very often .. just ignore the E's size .. i dunno if this helps though ..

    ReplyDelete
  27. EA- I see where you are coming from now- Just need to figure the answer

    ReplyDelete
  28. No, this doesn't help! lol

    ReplyDelete
  29. I suggest you leave this to someone else arrieNL !
    Strange suggestion ...

But I guess I'll delete my last suggestion, so others don't get confused.
But I'm back to serious again. Really searching now.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Gonna try the clock, not the E's.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I googled E3.

E3 is the world's premier trade show for computer and video games and ... to indie developers check out the Exhibitors that will be at E3 2015

    ReplyDelete
  32. lol arrie .. okay i suggested this so to leave as much joy as possible ! .. why don't you try the maze ? just watch your steps on your way out !

    ReplyDelete
  33. Got the Do the math one.
    On - Off pixels.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I can see how the E would lead to 2 letters using the rule established by E3. The second letter though is a problem as there physically isn't a letter with that (inverse) relationship

    ReplyDelete
  35. What does pixels means? the strokes?

    ReplyDelete
  36. enzed the E3 is just to tell you where i'm coming from lol .. the 3 sets of numbers will lead you to the 3 letters answer !

    ReplyDelete
  37. WD Dumah- a screwdriver!

    ReplyDelete
  38. okay progress ! .. Great ! because i gtg for a while .. see you later !

    ReplyDelete
  39. Yes EA- I realise that. It hasn't helped though:(
Am I correct that we need to find the letters represented by 1,2,& 3 using their relationship to the other 3

    ReplyDelete
  40. on-off?
So, how do I solve the "zero"? 0-1?

    ReplyDelete
  41. WD- Any insight for us Roberto?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  43. To solve the maze, pay attention to the movements to go through the maze and relate them to NEWS.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Roberto, on a 7 segment display the number four has 4 segments lit, and 3 unlit.
Now, as it says, do the math
(except I hate that phrase it should be do the mathS)

    ReplyDelete
  45. I mean ... I have a crowbar.
    I solved one.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Where, how and any other similar words Arrie?

    ReplyDelete
  47. Roberto- I presume you started in the bottom right, in which case the movements are NESWSENEN? I don't see numbers from there

    ReplyDelete
  48. Thank you enzed, the maths are done.

    ReplyDelete
  49. oops- I mean started bottom left

    ReplyDelete
  50. glad to see you pluralised it Arrie- now about that crowbar....

    ReplyDelete
  51. Your letters are correct. Count them!

    ReplyDelete
  52. You can borrow my crowbar LOL, no problem.
I'm just so thrilled that I solved one, but here it is.

It's the one left of the E3.
Count the amount of numbers individually.
    You'll see 4 numbers in a sequence 1 to 4.

    ReplyDelete
  53. fabulous- thanks Roberto. I think that was the only thing I hadn't tried to do with them!

    ReplyDelete
  54. enzed, I'm reading everything you all are typing, desperately in need of help, and learning therefor the plural on the way.

Now going to the maze. Stopped looking down at the E3.
Someone will find it and explain it to me.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Hey- I got a crowbar too

    thanks

Now if only I could crack this E3 one- I'm close but not quite there

    ReplyDelete
  56. Thanks for the crowbar arrie!

    ReplyDelete
  57. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Arrie- for E3 bow your head in shame...

and while you are there take a good hard look at what is right in front of you:)

    ReplyDelete
  59. lol, you're so kind enzed.

    Let me see .....

    (Yippieeeeee, I've got a cardreader !!)

    ReplyDelete
  60. that's good- that was from E3? I haven't finished that but moved onto another

    ReplyDelete
  61. oh no- that was the maze!

    ReplyDelete
  62. The crowbar is pretty useless right now ... sigh, I'm solving a safe and nothing can be done with it.

I get that left up an E is a 3 on the laptop. But then what?
    8 - 1 ...?

    ReplyDelete
  63. That's why the yell was between (..). I got it all of a sudden, thanks to the hints.

    ReplyDelete
  64. I don't really know.

The same relationship from the 8 is I
    so we would be I?E
but with the 2 being the other side of the 5 there isn't a key there.
So then I wondered if it actually was the S, not a 5 in which case we would have IWE
    still no joy though

    ReplyDelete
  65. Oh, okay, I thought you solved it already.

    ReplyDelete
  66. EA said "the E3 is part of something you use very often"
    Any ideas?

    ReplyDelete
  67. Hi Roberto- I told Arrie

for E3 bow your head in shame...

and while you are there take a good hard look at what is right in front of you:)

    ReplyDelete
  68. then look at my musing about 3 posts ago- I've not solved it though

    ReplyDelete
  69. E3-safe.
This is the starting point :
the E3 is just to tell you where i'm coming from

    ReplyDelete
  70. Yes, that confused me, lol.
I have to stop now. Bedtime.
Thanks for the fun so far.
    Goodnight.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Oh no Roberto, this is also what E-Addict wrote about this safe!
    It's not my hint!
    Oops ...

    ReplyDelete
  72. lol. I was talking to enzed!
    look down?

    ReplyDelete
  73. Wahhhh i just came back and already 80 comments, i even did not look at the riddles :-( As always it is late here and i will miss everything *cry* But hey E-A i a was wondering when a new game comes out.....I was waiting all the time. Sooo fed up of E** etc etc....so i will spend some time here tomorrow ..i am sure lol. Thx in advance !!!! Happy to see you back <3

    ReplyDelete
  74. your keyboard Roberto!

    ReplyDelete
  75. Oh! I see, but do you have idea what's the N and E meanings?

    ReplyDelete
  76. N&E? sorry- I don't understand

My reading of this is 3 translates to E as it is in the physical location described by the big 3E.
The rest isn't coming clear whatever I try

    ReplyDelete
  77. When you click on those numbers, you can read at the bottom the number followed by a letter (N or E).

    ReplyDelete
  78. WOW arrieNL .. YES you solved one .. i did tell Roberto it's simple ! and Zazie hey where you been ? missed you too ! ;) .. see you later !

enzed , Roberto .. N , E ? couldn't be simpler .. i added those letters to make it easier ! and enzed forget about the E3 now , you already know where i came from !

    ReplyDelete
  79. Thanks for the game E!! and very nice to see you also <3

    ReplyDelete
  80. I am still here E-Addict but just looked a bit over your riddles.....no avail so far because it is about 3 in the morning and i can´t concentrate any more *sigh* WHY your games always come out at (my) nighttime ? huhhh....i will be back soon and i will have fun and thx in adavance for all the helpful comments (arrie, roberto, enzed and others started already) I love your games EA ! Good night .

    ReplyDelete
  81. N for North and E for East?

    ReplyDelete
  82. That's what the keys show, but.... still stuck!

    ReplyDelete
  83. well Zazie i tried to post it earlier tonight so you could be with us but you were away so not completely my fault this time ! anyway you are my first friend here on EG24 if you remember well lol and your presence is always appreciated ! .. Good Night ;)

    and Ghost Lady !!! ( Clee ) .. missed you too ! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  84. yes Roberto North and East .. so the first letter is 8 N 1 E ! look down again .. not necessarily in shame though lol ..

    ReplyDelete
  85. OK- the shame bit was just my sense of humour- sorry!

    ReplyDelete
  86. but I don't see how any letter can be 8N

    ReplyDelete
  87. don't worry enzed .. i like your sense of humor and i'm sure everyone else does .. any progress with E ? i dunno why you are insisting on this E whatsoever lol .. i mean there's another E to worry about !

    ReplyDelete
  88. well no letter could be 8 N .. but 8 N 1 E could lead you to a letter !

    ReplyDelete
  89. if it were 8E 1N I could relate to it a bit better, but my keyboard is arranged E-W

    ReplyDelete
  90. i'm not sure what you mean by arranged E-W but you still have two sets of numbers right ?

    ReplyDelete
  91. If it was an I instead of 1 it would make more sense because the I is down right of 8.

    ReplyDelete
  92. I want to apply the numbers as a grid, but whichever way I look at it I only have 3 rows of letters. Both N & E numbers exceed 3

    ReplyDelete
  93. Don't know what youre doing but I tried for (8/1) letters U and J.

    ReplyDelete
  94. lol now i'm confused .. okay enzed , Roberto , on your keyboard you have a set of numbers North and a set of numbers East right ?

    ReplyDelete
  95. Funny that Roberto- I don't know what I'm doing either!

    ReplyDelete
  96. okay then relate 8 N to 1 E !

    ReplyDelete
  97. lol... A great hint! That's what I'm trying to do since a long time!!

    ReplyDelete
  98. as I said, I want to apply the numbers as a grid, but whichever way I look at it I only have 3 rows of letters. Both N & E numbers exceed 3

    ReplyDelete
  99. And you thought someone would get that? YOU ARE EVIL!!!

    ReplyDelete
  100. Don't know how to apply it! 8 and 1 stands in the same row.
If I have to go 8N I need a starting point.? Am I wrong? I guess so!

    ReplyDelete
  101. Too crafty for me. Still don't get it!

    ReplyDelete
  102. It's only a three letter word so the options are limited. It is a legitimate word that you are trying to spell.

    ReplyDelete
  103. lol Dumb Citizen , well it was worth trying ! .. Roberto the numbers grid is East , and the horizontal set of numbers is North !

    ReplyDelete
  104. Think rows and columns. You have two different areas on your keyboard to type numbers, right?

    ReplyDelete
  105. wow- I'm there! I've got a cardkey

    I'm not surprised I struggled

    ReplyDelete
  106. That was terrible lol!
Never thought combining my 2 sets of numbers.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Arrie won't be pleased when comes back- he was saying he has a laptop- they often don't have numbers on the side!

    ReplyDelete
  108. My card reader is unlettered! lol

    ReplyDelete
  109. Now let's go to another E. 135...so?

    ReplyDelete
  110. 3 number clue yet looking for 4 digit answer

    ReplyDelete
  111. my laptop does enzed .. and she's a she lol .. okay really gtg now .. too late here .. see you later !

    ReplyDelete
  112. 135, could turn upside down for letters

    ReplyDelete
  113. Too late here and that E puzzle turned me dizzy. Come back tomorrow. Good Luck!

    ReplyDelete
  114. anybody here and working on it?

    ReplyDelete
  115. I'm still here...I don't know if I can help though. I only have the E3 puzzle and the maze unlocked. I feel like a card as my only inventory item is useless at this point.

    ReplyDelete
  116. i am still here trying as well

    ReplyDelete
  117. I've used 2 of my items but they don't do anything meaningful yet (screwdriver and crowbar) The cardkey just says you need the password first so I'm not much better off Dumb C.
Any breakthroughs here? Any thoughts you want to share- I'm all out of them at the moment

    ReplyDelete
  118. Its certainly not a break through, but I could use help on ...

"Roberto, on a 7 segment display the number four has 4 segments lit, and 3 unlit.
Now, as it says, do the math
(except I hate that phrase it should be do the mathS)"

    ReplyDelete
  119. I have been working on the grid to the right of the clock, you can delete the 2 4 6 8 and then click on the 1 3 5 and am trying to figure out if its about adding , multiplying etc, not sure what to do with it yet

    ReplyDelete
  120. OK DC
there are 7 "bars" that make up the display for each number- - you could almost describe them as pixels.
The number 4 has 4 of these seven lit, and 3 unlit.
The clue said 4 > 1 so subtract 3 from 4 to get the 1.

    Then just repeat for 8,0,3 & 6

    ReplyDelete
  121. rds- it looks like a die (dice). 6 is the highest on a die so you can't click beyond it. I'm not sure where it is going though

    ReplyDelete
  122. Thank you Enzed. I'll give it a go. That is a clearer hint for my anti-math brain. I'll give it a go.

    ReplyDelete
  123. I was playing with the other grid- left of the plant scene.

The only numbers which do anything are 1-5, each of them is only a hotspot at a definite part of the sequence, and 4 only seems to allow you to press 5, but not do anything else

    ReplyDelete
  124. rds- if it is a die there are only 4 numbers which are valid, 1,3,3, 5. Maybe we're just looking for an anagram of these numbers- I don't see any other way to produce the correct sequence other than BFing the answer

    ReplyDelete
  125. This game is cruelty to willing victims.

    ReplyDelete
  126. DC- did you manage it?

    ReplyDelete
  127. RDS- I reckon it should be 1533 by my reckoning but no luck

    ReplyDelete
  128. did you manage any of the numbers DC?

    ReplyDelete
  129. Hi EA and ty for the game!
And ty all for the hints!

@ enzed you are right about using dice for the bumbers
Think of where the numbers are for 2 as the hunt says!

    ReplyDelete
  130. tried all of the same ideas enzed but nothing yet, tried messing with the one left of the plant also and with the 7 at the bottom tried counting blank/filled squares as well and still nothing

    ReplyDelete
  131. @_@ I meant numbers! and hint for hunt lol
it is late here too and my typing skills are gone for the day!

    ReplyDelete
  132. Hi Larue

doesn't that just give us 2 numbers, not 4?

    ReplyDelete
  133. Everything I try to do hangs me up on the o(zero).

    ReplyDelete
  134. yay- thanks Larue- Lift On

    ReplyDelete
  135. How far have you got Larue? Any other pearls of wisdom?

    ReplyDelete
  136. DC 0 has 6 segments lit and one not lit. 6-1 = ?

    ReplyDelete
  137. I got late start, but I just caught up, I think lol. I have 5 safes open.

    ReplyDelete
  138. one more than me then- I have Maze, Dice, the grid starting 444 and the E next to it

    ReplyDelete
  139. ignore that- I'm tired- plus the 7 segment display!

    ReplyDelete
  140. still 6 more to go - does this ever end?

    ReplyDelete
  141. I've got 6545. This is killing me. I just hope its me and not some weird bug (i'm sure its me).

    ReplyDelete
  142. Ok, glad you found the one, that I think you solved!!
I just hope I don't type math for maths, while I am here lol!
    I"ll just say "calculate" :)

    ReplyDelete
  143. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  144. could one of you post a little more explanation on the dice safe... I am not following what you said.

    ReplyDelete
  145. If you press the 5 it lights up 1,3,5,7,9 which is the pattern a die would display a 5 as
The pattern for a 2 is diagonal corners...

I'll stop there but if you need more of a spoiler just ask

    ReplyDelete
  146. @ Enzed...I am forever in your debt. That would have taken me a week.( forever = about a week or so). lol...thanks again.

    ReplyDelete
  147. for a 4 arrows and minus puzzle and for a battery~

remove where the arrows point on the puzzle and it will leave 4 numbers

    ReplyDelete
  148. oh my~for "the" 4 arrows

    ReplyDelete
  149. good find Larue- I like that!

    ReplyDelete
  150. I'm looking at the other E
1, 3, 5, could simply equate to ACE

    ReplyDelete
  151. but there is no clue to go with it so don't see what to translate for the answer. The only word is Code but that would be 5 digits

    ReplyDelete
  152. still not getting dice clue, help a little more please.

    ReplyDelete
  153. OK - you see what I mean about 1,3,5,7,9 being a 5?

    ReplyDelete
  154. yes, i even have a dice sitting here staring at it..lol

    ReplyDelete
  155. "die" i guess i am a little tired too.... haha

    ReplyDelete
  156. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  157. lol great ~a live prop! I see enzed was helping btw, so I was quiet.

    ReplyDelete
  158. yes, and i tried 1010 but no go on that either.

    ReplyDelete
  159. I always prefer to hint and work up to full spoilers as you can tell.

    ReplyDelete
  160. It sounds like your missing something - do you have the answer?

    ReplyDelete
  161. YAY EA
    Welcome back
    I have missed You!!!

    ReplyDelete
  162. not getting it, probably over thinking or am missing the point all together, 5133, 1010 neither of them work.... what am i missing.

    ReplyDelete
  163. POP got it thanks for the patience.

    ReplyDelete
  164. just spotted something interesting on the clock if anyone is looking at it

    ReplyDelete
  165. Do tell. Do yo mean multiply by 150?

    ReplyDelete
  166. i was checking it out earlier enzed, only 1 is am, and what is xiso? does that mean we calculate the alphabet accordingly?

    ReplyDelete
  167. No- one thig is the clue x150 but upside down we have the word SIX

but the interesting thing is I've just noticed the AM come up for the 1 o'clock, which implies that the rest are PM
We have then 1,17,21, 24/00/12 and alphanumeric conversion takes that to AQU?.
I find it hard to believe that you get a Q followed by a U by accident, more likely by design, but don't see the next step

    ReplyDelete
  168. if 12 oclock is 24, which is X then maybe the clue says X is 0

    ReplyDelete
  169. but as I said- I don't see the next step or the answer

    ReplyDelete
  170. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  171. I may be way off the mark of course

    ReplyDelete
  172. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  173. tried forwards and backwards everything, not getting the clock either.

    ReplyDelete
  174. LOL. Sorry, I do call myself dumb for a reason. I'm going to delete that last post.

    ReplyDelete
  175. I need to go- good luck with the others- I expect to see them finished when I get back with lots of clues!

    ReplyDelete
