One letter is not used, because the epsilon is not backwards, but 180 degrees rotated :P
One letter won't stay the same when rotated, so that's the one you don't use.

Look at the hint next to the door and (mentally)pick letters from that.

sorry ST, that hint doesn't make sense to me, stuck on the wall dot puzzle

Red dots are on place 1, 5, 1 and 3.
Look at the first, fifth, first and 3rd letters (what colour the letter is, is not important) next to the door.

Thank you ST for the dots explanation. Studying them myself didn't bring me anywhere.

I liked two of the three puzzles, hated the wall-dots one.

There are 9 columns of dots on the wall, and nine letters to the left of the door.

Did you notice the number 703 in the letters? Not used.

Took me a while to realize I have to ignore the colors for the wall dots puzzle.

But it's actually pretty simple:

as the EOL (703) is YELLOW, and not green, and as you do need a green one for the red-blue-green code, colors can't exactly match.
