too many steps to mention each one - I took a while to find the 3rd diamond which was simply in the drawer next to where you put them

Click on clock in 3rd scene to get colour order for vases next to clock.

CAT clue is for 3 letter puzzle on chair below. Colours aren't relevant.

The letters for the 'wordless' puzzle are obtained by clicking on the letters in scene 1

stuck with bottle, black?? and lit match.
Can't find third diamond (not in drawer for me) or clue for 3 letters on chair.

evans, clue for 3 letters comes from light fixture above and you have to zoom in on drawer to get diamond

got a bottle of water and lit match still need five digit number for drawer help

Ah forgot the arrow clue out now

The 5 digit number comes last, after you get all the wood and light it. Also, the bottle doesn't contain water. ;)
