Left side easy - just use colours on front

Right side way too easy also - even repetitive clicking will get it for you ...

Can't work out bottom as yet though

zuleika, I tried number of 4's, 9's, 1's and 0's on bar code No go. I dont understand the green swap triangle in the square, on the bottom.

i.e. I just pretended i was ever so slightly clever, ..but im not. lol

Yes, but why?

I somehow got the first number to convert to し
For each digit, click through the numbers, alternately clicking the diagonal square until it converts to the Japanese character.
When you have all Japanese, click the blue button.
Is that the way it should be done or is that brute forcing? I don't know.

You can do this before even looking at the sides of the can, so I'm guessing that's the way it's supposed to be done.
I'm guessing cherry blossom drink today.
