I got the hook and line from the lifeboat, and the inner tube on the grass. I can't get past the snake in the bushes. I assume I need to get a stick to make a fishing rod, but I can't find anything else.
make fishing rod with shovel
TB - take the head of of the shovel for the stick. Click the top of the tree and wait for a worm to pop out (scene with phone)
Okay, I just noticed "move" at the top of the screen. I went to the other side of the island, got the shovel and the satellite phone. Now I'm stuck again.
anyone used the phone yet?
HINT: You are NOT supposed to chase away the snake with the "scary" fish you get out of the water. It must be done with an animal, though. ;-)

thanks for the hint miles1! got a frogfish and placed in the hole near tree. animal from the hole scared the snake away. called the number, some cats came by and now I'm stuck with rope attached to big hook on buoy. stuck again...

Casual - give the tube with big hook to the rabbit then use the phone again. Click on the plane
Okay, I used the fishing rod on the cat man to make him catch a lantern fish. I used the lantern fish to look inside the hole at the base of the tree to find a mouse. I used the mouse to distract the snake so I could read the paper it was on. I got a number, called it on the phone, and now I have a rope.
TB - go fishing again
if I can still rely on my kana reading, the animal that pops out from the hole near the tree is a mongoose...
Although there is some room for improvement, I liked it. It is nicely different and creative. Thx.
I did a close up of the phone but then couldn't close that view.
I have to do some shopping, but I'm playing now, cause it's raining outside, sigh.

My experience with close up views is that it closes when clicking on about item again.
