Have blank paper and green pencil and ? tile.

How to use the green clue a second time? I've tried looking at shapes in the room, also counted the sides.

Counted too many "sides" now have paper I can't understand.
On right side of cabinet is a four number puzzle - circle =0, square = 4 etc
And paper has an arrow on the back of it
Doesn't let me put the paper on desk to use green pencil and can't use clue without doing that step. Is there something that must be done first?

Zoom on top of desk on the RHS so you are looking directly at the flat top of the desk, then put paper there.

The pictogram paper has an arrow on the flip side. Also all but 2 of the characters are used 2x
Okay they're symbols for the colors - probably have to add the top and bottom together - working on figuring out what color each symbol is.
The paper with the arrow on the back reads:
Red white black red
yellow blue white blue
My paper wouldn't go on the desk. Red x.

Color code isn't backwards, the arrow is on the backside so you have to flip the order to match it.
Not a bad game. Only issue would have been the japanese writing if there was no translator.
Hahaha I could read the colors but didn't think to mix them. I just tried the top row.. bottom row.. frontwards, backwards...

On the word drawer in the first scene - spell out the number you saw in the drawer - will get you the first tile for the wooden box

Thanks Janet. I couldn't see anything in the drawer with the 3 symbols, but knowing it was there, I clicked on practically every pixel and finally found the last tile below the circle-with-two-dots.
2 stars only? I think it was a great game, I googled the Japanese colors but mixed it myself. ;)

The drawer with the three symbols - inside it - is the left drawer of the desk. You get the key to it when you put in the four color code on the cabinet near the TV. Once you open it, you see the three symbols which tells you the order of the tiles. There is also the flower tile there on the bottom left.
