This will be hard to describe, arrows all around.
Rainbow: 1 coin, 1 green thing, 1 object.
Going right: 1 coin, 1 object, 1 dark triangle (looking confusingly like an arrow).
Going right: above mermaid a puzzle.
Going right: 1 object, 1 dark triangle.

@arrie what we have near mermaid is not a puzzle but an order :)
what about the pipes?

Has anyone seen a clue about the green "connecting pipes" puzzle on the large rock?
And once the starfish is assembled, what to do with it?
Or with the goldfish and the seashell?
Will try to help if anyone has specific questions...
for the pipes, are you talking about the five long rectangles that go on the rock? If so, once you place them, click on them to get 21435, then go to the hut with lots of puzzles and click on the green circles in that order.
This mermaid should get up off her lazy fin and help!
zoz shell is used on round hole near where u palce the green sticks. Gives 3 dig-code
No luck with starfish/goldfish/pipes
From the rocks, (horizontal level all to the right), click right down arrow, and again and go all the way to the right.
Pebbles: 1 puzzle piece on the right and a seastar without arms.
Go left. Small islands: 1 pp, 1 green thing.
Go left. Shore: 1 green thing, 3 .. eh ... puzzles, lol: a red circle, a swapping one, and the place for the 5 green things.
Go left. Surf: 1 green thing, 1 pp.
Go left. last green thing, 1 pp, take a part of the cactus, and a clicking order for somewhere else.
Go left. Stoneshore: 1 pp, a sigh .. don't know ... lol, puzzle on the stone.
Go up. Palmtrees: 1 pp,
Place green things, click them for a number order.

And as for the pipes, I mean the connecting puzzle on the rocky beach scene.

Serene beach: use 1-2-3-4 order on the circle on the stone for the first part of the puzzle faaar to the right of the palmtrees.
(I knew walking through like this would be a painful experience ..)

Well I'm going around in circles for quite a while now....
I sincerely hope, I'm not forgetting something zoz, that would be disastrous ....
so far, solved almost everything in the beach hut/gazebo scene.
The "132" in the sand is for a puzzle up and left where there are 3 seashells on the side of a boat in the sand.
The picture pieces go together to give part of the circle puzzle next to it. The other parts come from solving the five circle code (from placing the rectangles) and completing the triangle.
The circle is solved by dragging each section until they match up,
The 3 digit code on the roof is from the numbers you get after placing the 3 coins on the circle with the seashell.
Still don't know what's up with the arrows on the roof.
@zoz same here I guess.. I still have 2 goldfish and a starfish I thought was complete but maybe it isn't.. Still need connecting pipes puzzle and no idea what those arrows on the roof are for..
Use piece of aloe on the orange coral in another scene to get a piece of coral that falls off.

The aloe piece stays in the inventory, and the broken coral is dripping something...
Ah, use the coral piece to "heal" the starfish so the arms are all attached now.
Use starfish on a rock near the pipes puzzle!
Place gem on the leftmost scene, then goldfish and use the arrow hint.
Out!
Serene beach: 1 pp and a place to put something in the far distance.
Go left. Bridge: 1 pp, 1 dark triangle, another clicking order (for mermaid scene = three new drawings for the swapping puzzle).
Forward arrow. Open building: 1 object, place for 4 dark triangles,
Click the green dots in the order the green things gave = the big blue circle gets a pattern.
The puzzle pieces go on the squares next to blue circle = the big blue circle gets another pattern.
Click up arrow. Dunes: 1 coin, 1 dark triangle, 1 object.
Go down and place the triangles = last pattern on the big blue circle.
Click and hold the two outer parts, till they match the inner part (not much fun trying that) = goldfish.
On the roof two arrows, and a place for numbers, 1-3-2 on the ground.
One more arrow back to the rainbow = the boat.
Click the shelves on the boat in the 1-3-2 order = 3 more drawings for swapping puzzle.
The objects of course, are seastar arms (I'm not a biologist, I didn't know at the beginning !!)
Thank you @Nini!!! Now I understand what the arrows were for. And I had solved the pipes puzzle correctly, but had to place the starfish to get the gem.

It seems like that self-absorbed little mermaid could have given us a reward, instead of just saying "oh, thanks"
On the Shore (horizontal level to the right and going down): doing the swapping puzzle = a shelf.
Place that shelf in the red circle, green dots appear.
Click them, 3 of them turn yellow.
The horizontal level, the scene next to the rainbow, use the cactus leaf and cut a piece of the choral on the rocks.
Use that stuff to glue the arms to the seastar.
(I'm enjoying myself with this one. Will now take a look if the rest of the game has been described already, then I will stop here).
Perhaps it is useful to mention that there are no shelfs in this game.
The game does contain shells. Well, only one letter to be changed. And it sounds alike ... And you can hardly see it ...
The coins on the yellow dots give a number, which leads to the second goldfish.

Okay, to finish it off:
The gem, coming from the pipes puzzle is used in the Serene Beach, that place far in the distance. Place the two goldfish.
The arrows on the open building show the direction of there heads = a shell.
Open the shell, it contains .... uhm ... PERFUME, Of Course !!!
All that a mermaid needs ...
